The staff was really nice! Room was clean and the cleaning staff was over the top perfect 👍 hotel is right by the train station and by a big shopping centre. The beer downstairs in the pub ist also great 👍

Location is good. Easy access to shops and train station. Unfortunately it is the only good thing about the stay. Service was out of sorts. No toilet rolls unless I asked for it. Beds were made on random days. I dropped a tiny bit of orange peel on the floor on the first night and it’s amazing to see it was still there when I checked out on the fourth day. If these are not bad enough, the worst thing was the ADVERTISING of free breakfast. Of course there can be definitions of breakfast but if common sense prevails, that free breakfast advertised was more snack than breakfast. It wasn’t provided until I asked for it. When checking in , I had asked about how the free breakfast can be claimed but the guy at the reception gave me an absolutely vague answer without explaining where to have it and what are they. He even recommended us to eat out.  I didn’t pick this hotel just because of the free breakfast advertised but it did affect my decision. Breakfast is a cost! It affects my evaluation of the room rate. In hindsight I might have picked other hotels if I know exactly what I’ll be getting. It’s misleading advertising nonetheless.  I don’t know what 訂房網站 can do about this terrible experience. If you can, please let me know.  Kwong Man Lo

Conveinient pub room for an overnight stay night. It was good finding a twin share for my adult son and I to stay for a good night's sleep after an evening in Sydney. Hornsby Inn is convenienly located not far off the M1, within short walk to Hornsby Station, Has free parking, the staff were friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room was dark and quiet. This place is definitely old and worn but it's otherwise clean and totally adequate for an overnight stay.
