The receptionist was not friendly at all.The first room given to us has its bathroom outside the bedroom and we rejected it and the receptionist told us all the room were occupied. We asked him to ring the manager who later reluctantly offered us another bedroom with No socket to charge the phone or Laptop unless you unplug Television. The hotel manager did not respond to our inquiry when we asked for help. It was a nightmare staying at Gatwick Birchwood Lodge
