我覺得還可以 乾淨也很新 但位置不太好 要有酒店的Shuttle Bus先可以出去city 要不然要走20-30分鐘才有巴士

房間沒有抽紙，一瓶水也沒有，剛入職的時候垃圾桶裡還有蘋果核，wifi巨差，巨差，巨差，巨差，巨差！

房間很乾凈，周邊空氣很好，位置略偏。

If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Schiphol Airport, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Main Issues: • Poor Location: The hotel is quite far from everything. It feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere. Going to Amsterdam city center will cost you 50-60€ with Bolt/Uber one way, and up to 100€ with a regular taxi round 訂房網站. The location is one of the biggest downsides. • Early Check-in Fee: I arrived two hours early and was charged more than 20€ extra. The fee felt excessive for the service provided. • Strict and Unfriendly Policies: They have a very rigid policy — they refused to let my additional guest enter the room at all, even just to sit for a while. My guest had to wait in the reception area the whole time. This was not clearly mentioned when booking and made the stay very uncomfortable. • Price vs Value: I paid around 400€ for two nights (including all taxes and extras). For this price, the overall experience and service were simply not worth it. The room itself was clean and modern, which is the only positive point. However, the combination of the isolated location, extra fees, and inflexible rules made this a very disappointing stay. Final Advice: This hotel is purely commercial and focuses only on profit. If comfort and convenience matter to you, I recommend choosing a different hotel — either closer to the city or a better airport option. I do not recommend this hotel.

O hotel é excellent porém o atendimento deixa a desejar perguntei para a atendente se podia estacionar na rua e ele disse que eu tinha que pagar 10 euros por dia mesmo wire goose na rua e ai podia escolher entre estacionar dentro ou fora reservei incluso de impostos e quando cheguei me contrarian mais 6 euros em impostos estava no quarto e derepente entro uma mulher que depois disse ser camareira o hotel esta no meio do nada

good place for transit traveler

Hotel ligt op een rustige plek op een industrieterrein, wij kwamen 'snachts aan op het station van Hoofddorp. Het was ons toen niet duidelijk dat er een shuttle bus service vanaf het station naar het hotel is en op welke tijden. Dus wij besloten te gaan lopen, het leek niet ver, maar aangezien en naast de doirgaande weg geen wandelpad was moesten we al slingerend een half uur over een redelijk donker industrieterrein lopen om bij het hotel aan te komen. Wel was het perfekt dat er iemand bij de receptie 24/7 is om je in te checken. Daar zagen wij ook de tijden vd shuttlebus dus s morgens was het geen probleem om weer bij het station te komen. Verder een prima hotel, heerlijk koffie/thee op de kamer. Komen graag nog eens terug

Our recent stay with OZO has been very pleasant. With spacious room and good aminities the hotel exceeded our expectations. A special mention to the staff. Right from the check-in to check-out, the staff has shown extraordinary service. Mr.Demeijer has helped us to book an Uber going beyond his responsibility. A sincere thank you.

Location ok. Need to take Uber to station though. Food a bit expensive but good. Breakfast was good. Both hot and cold available. Shuttle bus from airport is free. €6/person from hotel to airport. I thing the charge is ok to the airport but charging the same amount to the station (less than 5 minute drive) is too much. For more than 1 person an Uber is cheaper (€10).
