hotel strategis dari fasilitas umum seperti bus bandara,mtr station,ting ting supermarket,711,dan toko indonesia kamar nya luas hanya saja untuk kebersihan ruangan kamar kurang,terutama bagian kamar mandi nya sarung bantal bau seperti tidak pernah diganti tv tidak bisa digunakan cukup nyaman hanya kebersihan kamar perlu di tingkatkan

第二次住華美達，選擇國慶前一天，因為價格實在太優惠。房間設施，服務我沒啥要求，畢竟房價擺在那，房間又夠寬敞，下樓就是叮叮車總站，國慶當天乘坐免費，當晚步行去一田吃了海南雞飯，叮叮車前往維多利亞公園看了中秋燈展。第二天早餐在樓下豆腐店來了一碗豆腐花和豆漿，應該是個老店，很多街坊幫襯，步行去了廉政公署喝咖啡。本來11點退房，趕不回去，打電話給酒店又免費給延續到1點退房，會推介朋友前往

El hotel está bien pero se ve anticuado. Necesita una renovación. La cama era algo dura, pero eso va a gustos. El personal inmejorable. De 10. Nos ayudaron muchísimo. La ubicación algo alejada, pero con el metro llegas rápido al centro. En unos 20-25min. Hay parada de metro a menos de 10 min andando.

衞生真的抱歉，有陳舊的汙點，看圖。樓下是菜市，走進酒店要經歷一段異常難聞的腥味非常重的路。服務員的態度不甚美麗。走廊沒地毯，所以聲音大。還有床單被套都不説120支了，60支都沒有，簡直就是紗。空調聲音巨大，最小檔開了都睡不著。總體體驗是不得有一次的。

位置點很好，環境待加強，房間格局小了一點，但位置真的很好，出門就是電車站，公車地鐵都方便，早上市場可以買的新鮮水果，餐廳也多，下次還是會選這裡就是價格別太浮動

흐린눈하고 숙소 이용하실 수 있으면 괜찮고요 숙소 바로앞에 시장이 있어서 비린내 고기냄새 나고 지하철역하고 거리가 좀 있어서 이동하는데 좀 불편했어요 참고로 결항되어도 투숙하지 못한 날짜에 대해 환불받을 수 없다고 하니 예약할때 참고 하세요~^^

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just next to North Point MTR station, and the staff were polite and helpful. The room was also quite spacious, which we appreciated. However, the surroundings of the hotel are right next to a wet market, which made the area feel messy and unpleasant. Although it might be convenient for shopping, it does not give a clean impression. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the room itself. The photos online looked nice, but in reality the room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was extremely old, stained, and unpleasant to use. Overall, the cleanliness was far below expectations, and the facilities are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. We only booked this hotel because of unexpected changes to our 訂房網站 during a black rainstorm warning, otherwise we would not have chosen it. While the staff did their best, the poor condition of the facilities and lack of cleanliness made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we would not choose this hotel again in the future.
