預訂的酒店城景房間,在頂層比較安靜,房間內衞生不錯,但是不提供水,不過樓下有7-11可以購買。床比較軟,睡得挺舒心,入住前就有幫忙插取電卡,開好房間冷氣這點好評!
衹是有一個小插曲,辦理入住時我來的比較早,才早上8點左右,所以心裡默認是滿房狀態,所以和前台Steven交流可否先寄存行李。我用普通話和他溝通,但是他很不耐煩的回覆“如果有房間也不入住嗎”,但是Steven對不起我第一次真的沒聽明白你的普通話,所以他又很生氣的重複了一句“有房間也不入住嗎?!”我這遍聽明白了,才點頭同意。然後他的語氣還是有點生氣的説“請給我你的通行證”,這句話説完後,他又恢復了正常的服務水平,而我則是被訓,有點委屈。Steven我尊重你帶病堅持工作,但是ibis也在提倡微笑服務,希望你以後能多一些微笑。後來我就全程和酒店的溝通變成英文了,順便避開了Steven,其他同事都巨溫柔,帶著微笑服務,和回家的感覺一樣。在check out的時候的小哥和幫忙寄存行李的小哥人都超級棒。
順便説一下,入住的客人可以試一下同大廈二樓的糖心軒,都是本地長者來吃的味道特別正

順帶一提,入住嘅朋友可以試嚇同幢大廈二樓嘅糖心軒,全場都係本地阿伯阿嬋幫襯,個味道正宗到爆!
I booked a city view room at the hotel located on the top floor which was quiet. The room was clean and well-maintained, though complimentary water wasn't provided - fortunately there's a 7-11 downstairs. The bed was comfortably soft for good sleep, and I appreciated that they had already inserted the power card and turned on the AC before my arrival.
There was a minor incident during check-in. I arrived quite early around 8am, assuming the rooms were fully occupied, so I asked front desk staff Steven about luggage storage. When communicating in Mandarin, he impatiently replied in Mandarin: "Would you refuse to stay even if we have a room?" Sorry Steven, I genuinely didn't understand your Mandarin pronunciation at first. He then repeated more angrily: "Would you refuse to stay even if we have a room?!" This time I got it and nodded. He continued in an annoyed tone saying "Give me your travel permit", but resumed normal service attitude afterwards. While I respect you working while sick Steven, ibis promotes smile service - hope you can be more cheerful next time. I subsequently switched to English for communication and avoided Steven, while other staff were all incredibly sweet and welcoming, making me feel at home. The guys handling check-out and luggage storage were especially awesome.
P.S. Guests should try Sweetheart Restaurant (糖心軒) on the 2nd floor of the same building - packed with local elderly regulars, the authentic taste is absolutely legit!
