香港麗悅酒店 (Cosmo Hotel)

We had a great stay overall. The service was excellent; the receptionist was very helpful (Jason) hope I remembered right, and the room was cleaned promptly upon request. A few minor things to note: It was a little difficult to find our room at first because the number wasn't on the door. We eventually realized it was on the floor by the doorstep! (Please see attached photos) 🤣 The complimentary meal vouchers were a nice touch, though they must be redeemed at the cafe across the street on Heard Street. (You need to walk like 10mins) 🫢 A word of advice for future guests: If you are traveling with senior citizens or have heavy luggage, this hotel may not be the most convenient. The walk to the bus stop on Tonnochy Road for airport transportation is about 15 minutes. Taking a taxi or Uber is a better option in that case. They do offer a scheduled shuttle bus to the Wanchai neighbourhood. The bathroom is a bit small, but this is reasonable considering the hotel's affordable price. Our room was clean, and the non-smoking policy is strictly enforced * even at the back doors * so smokers must go downstairs. While some reviews can be misleading, my experience was positive. This is a budget-friendly hotel where you get what you pay for, so it's important to manage your expectations. We were very happy with the value we received.

Foi o melhor custo benefício que encontrei para a época que estive em Hong Kong. O quarto tinha um tamanho bom para um viajante solo. A vista do quarto na minha opinião foi o maior ponto forte do hotel. O maior contra na minha opinião é a localização. Embora haja um ponto de ônibus na porta do hotel e seja próximo de estações de tram, o hotel não fica muito próximo a nenhuma estação de metrô, o que encarecia os deslocamentos, uma vez que ônibus em Hong Kong para turistas acabavam sendo bem caros.

首先服務非常好，熱情好客，連住幾天還有給升級。其次住的感覺挺好的乾淨無異味。可以提升的地方是注意水杯的清潔，透明水壺有明顯大面積灰塵和水漬。我們沒用那個打水。

山卡啦唔在講，很舊不乾淨，聖經顯起大佬！！！,最慘就係你個設計師點樣搞呀！！？！？房間號碼寫喺地下，地道香港人35年，你收呢個價錢簡直係crazy，深圳如家2xx重好你幾倍

Останавливались на 3 дня, соотношение цена-качество утроило. Расположение супер. Рядом остановка, до метро минут 10. Но мы и до центра за 30 минут пешком доходили. Куча кафешек и магазинов рядом. Советую, если остаетесь на пару дней и хотите сэкономить.

위치좋아요. 바로앞에 버스정류장이있어서 타고 관광지까지 이동하는데 편했어요. 호텔시설도 가격대비 훌륭했어요. 다만 리셉션 직원의 퉁명스러운 태도 (여자직원)이 아쉬웠네요. 그것만 제외하고 만족스러웠어요. 아! 빨래서비스는 옆옆호텔에 세탁실이 있어서 직접 들고 이동해야해요~

首次入住 訂了一個比標準高級一點的 為的只是有比較合理的空間稱不上什麼更好的體驗 酒店服務人態度一般設施也欠奉 而且地理位置 靠近墳場 只是 相比旁邊帝盛稍為好一點 價格也不算便宜 在這個隔壁有一個英皇駿景 裝修服務態度以 及其他都會 更勝一籌

I happened to celebrate my birthday during my 訂房網站 to Hong Kong this year. Brian Law checked us in, and he thoughtfully noticed my birthday and sent me birthday wishes! I’m so happy to have received blessings from a stranger in Hong Kong—it was so kind and made me really happy! The hotel is in a great location. There’s a bus stop right outside the door, and it’s very close to Causeway Bay, Victoria Harbour, and the University of Hong Kong! Highly recommended!

酒店距離地鐵還是有一點距離，房間還是挺不錯的保養的挺好。 前台員工服務特別不錯，特別是當我入住了一個大床房，要求換雙標時這邊立刻就幫我處理了。

設施老舊不要緊，衞生實在是有點跟不上香港的潔凈程度，共住了三晚，在第三天的時候讓酒店換了床品，沒想到被罩濃濃的黴味兒，而且我和小孩身上都癢的不行，小孩半夜四點多就給癢醒了，而且後背紅紅的一片，退房的時候和前台説，連理都沒理，真是差勁死了，大家避坑吧！而且看網上説贈的餐券也沒有。給我們升了一箇中間隔開的直接賣沒人要的破房間。總之其餘都不要緊，就床單被罩這個事情，及其垃圾加差勁👎，而且每天衞生打掃的就是換換毛巾和垃圾袋。
