香港君怡酒店(尖沙咀維景酒店) (The Kimberley Hotel (Tsim Sha Tsui Metropark Hotel))

房間太好了，訂房間的時候是因為目的地在酒店附近所以才訂的，訂房發現有新舊的房間選擇，果斷選擇新裝修的房間，雖然稍微貴了點，可是提前訂房有優惠，折後價還好。入住前看了評論説房間老舊，設施也一般，挺擔心的，可是到了房間，給我整驚艷了！酒店能儘量協調我的要求，服務很好，房間好乾凈，好明亮，新裝修完全沒有異味，讓我進入後覺得無比舒心。房間空間合理使用，有長凳，有椅子，還有長桌，2張1米的單人床比我想象的大，很舒服！關於充電器的問題，酒店會提供轉換插，房間洗手間裡有個我們國內的插座，床頭櫃還有磁吸充電，👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻很人性化呀！ 酒店附近全是吃的，便利店，蓮香樓，日料拉麵店，龍豐大葯房，手信店，書店，大家樂，燒臘店等等，還有商場the one，直接滿足需要。酒店距離港鐵尖沙咀B2出口幾百米，走路幾分鐘，很方便，從西九龍的柯仕甸坐一站到尖東站，出站後直接站內行走13分鐘到尖沙咀B出口，快捷，方便！非常喜歡滿意這次的訂房和住房體驗……以後再來，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。謝謝酒店的員工們帶給我們這次香港遊的服務。

非常破舊！所有裝修和設施都跟50年前的差不多吧！ 水力不夠，電掣都是鬆的。窗簾應該一次都冇洗過，天花仲有油漆剝落。感覺超邋遢。真心不見意訂住！

優：酒店位子還不錯 出行方便 離地鐵 海港城 維多利亞都可步行到達 缺：酒店正處於邊裝修邊營業中，白天時段會吵。這點，預訂時並沒有任何提醒和告知，酒店預訂分新舊兩部分 我們預訂了新樓層 相對好一點 房間有點小 行李很難鋪開 相對於國內的快捷酒店 房間整體整潔 床品有點臟 有不知名顏色 有點噁心 還好自己帶了床上用品 因入住時間較晚 所以沒有時間去做更換 水溫時冷時熱 不太均勻

一個人來的香港2日遊，酒店位置很棒，周邊商圈吃吃喝喝應有盡有，華嫂冰室這些，都值得去打卡，前台服務給我升級了一間套房，房間大小適中，唯一不滿意的就是酒店的電梯，衹有一個電梯可以用，等超級久

酒店位置位於尖沙咀，餐廳，商店，銀行..... 非常方便。靠近機場A21的巴士站。服務人員有禮，房裡的空間比起其它的酒店寬濶得多。 可惜酒店正在裝修，聲浪比較嘈。

酒店交通非常方便，就在九龍公園對面，很好找，周邊吃飯，打卡某個著名茶餐廳，到K11，星光大道都近在咫尺，去海港城也非常便利，步行可達！ 酒店設施略顯舊，但是布草寢具絕不含糊，水準很高，酒店房間也不小，並提供多種床型選擇。我這次就訂了三床房，其它酒店可不好找喲！酒店大堂在二樓，有自動售賣機，電梯間有休息場所，值得下榻 ！

I would probably rate it a 3.7 not yet a 4 star. This is an old hotel, but we booked one of the newly renovated suites so it was nicer and better amenities. However the building is still old so sound barrier was not great. The suites are located on the 21st floor, but there are no elevators. You will have to take the elevator to the 20th floor then climb a flight of stairs to the 21st. I didn’t mind it, but consider this to be a minus. The cleaning staff was nice that they asked if the rooms need cleaning every day and were efficient. The rooms were not that clean since we found a few pieces of hair in the bathroom and on the carpet. It also gets really noisy in the day time because the hotel is still under construction on some floors due to the renovation. Overall it is a good price for the size of the new rooms. Most importantly is the location is great because you can get to most places by foot. The mtr station is only a few minutes away. There are also plenty of famous eats around here.

Thanks to the efficient and nice staff of this hotel because I had a comfortable stay during my overnight layover in HK. This is an old hotel and is currently under renovation, but the room I stayed at was clean and appreciated the air purifiers in the hallways. Loved the location as well, because it was near my favorite shops and many cha chaan teng. 😊

I’ve stayed at this hotel before (November-December 2025) and had a much better experience then, as I was in one of the newer rooms higher up and there was no renovation going on. This time, unfortunately, things were quite different. First off, the location is still very good, no complaints there, downtown and close to the metro with multiple 7Elevens on the street, incl. Don Don Donki. But the room I stayed in had visible water damage under the window and elsewhere, and water was actually coming in. One of the cleaning staff had even placed a towel there one of the days after checking in (without telling us), right above an electrical outlet. That felt more like a hazard than a solution. Housekeeping also needs to take the "Do Not Disturb" sign more seriously. Even after telling them personally not to come in, they entered anyway. My brother even had someone walk in while he was using the toilet, despite the sign being up. I know they want to provide good service, but “no” should mean “no.” The front desk staff were friendly overall, though there was a mix-up with our booking. We needed two rooms, and while they did provide them, they forgot at first and had to show the booking confirmation. Also, both rooms were identical, yet the accommodation tax was different for each. Just be aware: starting 2025 you have to pay this tax at the hotels in Hong Kong (not through 訂房網站.com), but they do note this on Trip, so at least it’s explained. However, it is not the same as the "accommodation tax" on the booking confirmation, so don't get surprised. Another issue: the hotel is under renovation (which is disclosed on their Trip profile), but almost every day new messages arrived saying that different services would be suspended, water, the gym, etc. None of this affects the room price, so you end up paying the same while having fewer facilities and more inconveniences. Lastly, even though you might be a non-smoker, I could still smell cigarette smoke coming through the AC when other guests were smoking, which made the stay less comfortable. All in all, while the staff were polite and the location is solid, the experience this time was far below my last stay. I hope the renovations and service issues get sorted out, because otherwise it’s hard to recommend.

地理位置優越，交通方便，坐公交和地鐵都很方便，離紅磡體育館、星光大道、海港城、維多利亞港都很近，房間乾淨、衞生、舒適、寬敞、明亮，工作人員服務態度比較好，下次去還住這裡
