They have the worst Costumer Service in the world, And that extra $100 of Deposit they ask at check in , its ridiculous like if someone going to steal or destroy those motel cabins… please gurl you need to get emergency help. Im defined not going back to that shitty place.

This was a terrible stay. Had to walk down to office to get pits, pans and dishes. No delivery. We reserved a superior oceanfront King suite but did not get what we paid for. The outside area was trashy and filthy. However, room was nice but not what we paid for. Please refund our money!😡

El peor cuchitril en el que he caído eso no es hotel, son unos estafadores no existía la tal piscina había que caminar como 4 cuadras para estar en la piscina, para tomar desayuno el mismo cuento ir a otro sitio pero yo ya los estoy denunciando al BBB ellos van a solucionar el problema y sobre todo comprobarán que lo que nos enseñan en la página WEB es solo un fraude Ahhhh y el personal que atiende en “la oficina” que es una tienda son de lo peor, prepotentes, groseras, malcriadas no tienen idea de lo que es tratar a un cliente y ellos viven de nosotros ojalá más gente se anime y los denuncie al BBB.
