我致電了酒店前台告知有兩件衣服遺落在房間的衣櫥裡了，但是被告知：經過酒店保潔尋找表示沒有。我認為，如果酒店的保潔人員按照流程檢查了衣櫥和保險櫃，應該第一時間發現的。現在沒有的話，那麼我認為是你們的保潔人員把我的衣服拿走了，酒店有責任做出誠懇的道歉,但是並沒有。 I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping staff that took my clothes away and it is the hotel's responsibility to make a sincere apology, but NOT!

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner.

Гостиница аэропорт хорошая, номер тоже. Убирались каждый день, полотенца меняли регулярно. Депозит вернули быстро, но не весь, удержали около 40 долларов толком не объяснив за что.

Le pulizie talvolta erano fatte frettolosamente, talvolte si sono dimenticati di farmi la camera da letto oppure di fare la pulizia del bagno, o ancora, di rifornire la stanza di thè, caffè.

Very unfriendly personnel pool not clean and unhelpful personnel beach and poolside.  Some Frontdesk staff unfriendly and unhelpful.

Great location. Valet is great. Easy check in and great pool! Room was large and very comfortable

Double tree is an amazing place to stay. The front desk guys were amazing. Very close to the beach and other key areas and the room service was awesome as well. The afternoon beach side dj was so good and the food too. I forgot an item and they were able to reach out and help secure it. That was good too
