The location is good. Just near night market and many convenient store, spa, nail...but unluckily the room was heavyly smell, facility and floor under damaged, fan can not use. and we booked the grand room with balcony but can not use balcony due to it is opposite to bed. The Villa annouced to charge extra fee for more children 2 years old and we agreed but i didn't think they charge too much almost same as room rates. though we've stayed at 4 to 5 star hotels many times we don't think we have to bear that much. Terrible experience.

Everything is so good. Landlord is so friendly and always take one step ahead you to ask if you need car to anywhere. Room is spacious and very clean. I am super happy with my Hoi An 4d3n stay. Night market & lantern boat is just 100metre from hotel. If i come back, i will stay here again.

Love this place close to the old town . Clean room and comfy bed . But I got mosquitoes bite during my stay . I don’t know how mosquitoes could get inside I didn’t open the door or anything .and the construction started early . Everything else is perfect!

Firstly think this homestay is good , at good location yet still clean and spacious. Just bathrooms cleanliness may can be cleaner. But end up same as some earlier comments which is abit dishonest,that we get tricked to a very high laundry price 6 times more than market rate.we thought it’s 17k/kg when we asked as this is the market rate , end up we got charged 70k/kg and weight seems heavier as a medium bag, end up paid ~350k higher than my luggage fees just for the laundry. Will also keep asking you for other service like spa or transport With plenty restaurants nearby but it’s at night market side still need cross the river to main tourists spot, it’s abit difficult to walk cross during raining day. Restaurants madam lau near to it is good

밤에 과일배달해서 받는데 현관입구를 잠궈서 난감했어요 에어컨....세상덥구요... 위치는 올드타운5분컷 리조트만 다니다 빌라 처음 가봤는데 안가려구요...
