The room did not look like the pictures, there were moths on the walls; It was a little bit overpriced for the quality in general. The beds were tied with wires.

Nice homestay, but we ran into a few issues whilst we were there, - we had multiple people walk into our room unannounced whilst in there, -They close & lock the gates around 10pm which make you feel very awkward as it’s loud and the owner comes out etc, there was also someone sleeping in the main area where you walk through so we felt bad for making noise, - we felt that we were being treated like children, multiple times they reminded us to be quiet as there was a long stayer below us, doesn’t help that the bed is old and creaky when getting on it and the room echoes, The rooms have connecting doors to other rooms,

L’hôtel est très bien situé, simple, propre et spacieux. Très bien pour le prix payé. Dommage que la propriétaire nous ait fait croire qu’il n’y avait plus de bateau pour Cham island afin de « gratter » une nuit supplémentaire. En se débrouillant seuls nous avons pu partir le jour même sur l’île … ayant perdu une demie journée. Le genre de petite arnaque que l’on aime pas.

Place was nice and clean, Room was big. It is 15-20 min walking distance to the old town center. You can also rent a bike to get to beach .

This was a last minute booking fair enough. The owner was feiendly. I did not get the room I bioked online. Bathroom amenities left a bit to be desired but very cheap if thats what your after.
