價格雖然便宜，但沒有相應的設施 例如沒有提供洗髮水、沐浴露和吹水機 拖鞋非常髒 房間有蚊子 牆身非常殘舊 房門也有點壞的，很難關起來 浴室的花灑噴水量不足 還有空調有時候風很少

Бронировали номер 23 метра с одной или несколькими окнами за месяц до заселения. Заселили в самый простой номер 18 метров, окно в коридор. Сказали, что это он и есть, других мест нет. Были на ТЭД, цены в три раза дороже, думаю продали что подороже, а нас по остаточному принципу заселили, понизили уровень... Сам отель расположен вдали от шумных улиц, предназначен для одной-двух ночёвок, переночевать. Матрас нормальный, душ хороший, мини бар, бесплатно вода при заезде одна бутылка 0,3л В комнате пахло старым, снизу на стене граничащей с душем следы плесени. Звукоизоляции нет из-за окна в коридор... Лифта нет, узкая и крутая лестница, для тех, у кого тяжёлый багаж

Spent four nights with a friend, location is great, right outside of the old town, walkable distance to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos and crowds. The window is on the corridor, not on the outside, so you can say there's no window, the one in the bathroom also can't open and there's no ventilation in the bathroom so the room tends to be quite warm and humid, hints of mold are starting to form on the walls. It's pretty spacious and your towels will be changed everyday, there's also new bottled water everyday for you. Sound insolation is pretty bed, be aware if you're a light sleeper, I kept my ear plugs in all nights. They kept our luggage for hours before check in. Only 15 min walk away from the bus stop of the public bus to Da Nang (cheapest transportation option between the two cities).

The hotel location is just nice at the old town. If you have members can’t take staircase , it is advisable to request for lower floor. Here don’t have lift. We booked two rooms, Higher floor room condition need some touch up. Lack of maintenance. Lower floor is ok. The service is amazing. They are friendly and borrow us The umbrella for our outing.

Receptionist stressing via WhatsApp, sending all the time texts about respecting the checkout times. I wish you could have the same care on fixing all the mold on the wall of the guests rooms, but yet somehow you don’t care and you keep silent. 🤡🤡🤡

The place is decent but the first room we got didn’t have windows and so I think there’s a mold somewhere. They immediately changed the room though and they also allowed us to leave our luggage for a couple of days. I’d probably book here again but for the rooms that have windows.
