新開業，面積不大但是設施精美，可以看得出酒店團隊正在努力改進服務，雖然有些地方還不成熟但是瑕不掩瑜。如果你和我一樣在會安悠閑地旅居幾天，一定要選擇這家，步行800米到海灘，酒店陽台可以看到河景，非常漂亮。前台Juli會流利的中文，並且很有服務意識，有問題可以找她

The hotel is newly opened, hence there is no gym, children playground, bar and lounge, or spa services available despite calling itself a spa resort. Yet, they listed children playground available. I booked a Grand Premier Pool View hotel, instead I get a big rooftop view. The toilet design is so full of design defects. There is no glass door or shower curtain in shower area, so if a person takes a shower the next person will be stepping into a wet toilet, and my son nearly slipped. I demand to cancel my booking via 訂房網站, cos the hotel failed to deliver what I'm paying for but a hotel staff called Wendy said she didn't receive any message from 訂房網站, and instead offered to "upgrade" me to higher room category, which i declined due to safety reason as another room type has only a combined bathtub with shower, and no rubber mat is provided. Long story short, we agreed to a temporary room change while the hotel processed my cancelation, and i will check out immediately once it's confirmed. I waited nearly 2 hours, and the hotel said 訂房網站 didn't send any messages to them, so they can't proceed since this booking is handled by 訂房網站. True enough, my hubby slipped while taking bath in the bathtub! I demand 訂房網站 to look into this matter and de-list hotel that fails to deliver what they claim to have, and place guest's safety as priority. Apparently, all rooms have the same faulty toilet designs. If you are traveling with families with young and elderly, avoid this hotel. Location is in the middle of nowhere, breakfast is poor and has flies, etc. River view is not nice, nothing about this hotel is worth mentioning at all sadly.

Прекрасный отель, все новое!! Нас встретили в жару с зонтиком около машины, приветственный прохлодительный напиток был вкусным и освежающим, персонал крайне внимательный и заботливый, помогли надуть круги для бассеина, катались на бесплатных велосипедах, хотели помочь с трансфером до пристани, завтраки были вкусными, сытными, есть еда на любой желудок, прекрасно провели 2 дня в отеле! Спасибо, надеемся еще вернуться!

Потрясающее место, невероятный персонал, проводили время с нашим ребенком 1,5 годовалым, невероятно красивая территория и номер, разнообразный шикарны завтрак! Мы очень довольны и хотим вернуться туда вновь !

Consiglio a tutti di andare in questo resort. Servizio eccellente posto incantevole personale qualificato preparato e sempre sorridente! Un posto raccomandato per tutti i tipi di viaggiatori. Отличный отель в тихом месте. Несмотря на то, что он только открылся, уже пользуется популярностью. На территории есть бассейн, прогулочная зона, до моря минут 15 пешком. Если вам интересен вариант в отдалении от трасс и вы хотите спокойного отдыха-то место отлично подойдет.
