Чистенько. Комната совсем небольшая, для меня маленькая совсем, но есть балкон и он такой же как комната. Очень прикольный. На балконе стоит диванчик и столик, там можно лежать и отдыхать, он мягкий. С балкона выход в ванную комнату-душ, туалет, просторный и чистый. Хороший душ, удобный. Везде чистенько. Хозяева приветливые. Это находится в жилом вьетнамском районе. До Хойан маркет 2,4 км я шла пешком вечером. Нормально. По дороге увидите много интересного из жизни вьетнамцев. Местные ресторанчики, кафе, магазины с очень хорошими ценами (не туристическими, дёшево) Недалеко о этого места есть вегетарианский домашний ресторанчик, там очень вкусная еда и не дорого. Хозяева предлагают велосипед бесплатно. Все хорошо в принципе.

Owner Kieu is very friendly and helpful. She even made us avocado smoothie using avocado grown from her own orchard. She also helped to arrange airport transfer (with minimal charge) and also helped to arrange for van with driver for us to go to any place - price is reasonable. Picture shows us using bicycles from Cat Tien, which is free of charge.

Excellent .... although the location is 2km away from the busy old town it is peaceful and serene...... Apartment have scooters to rent at a very good price . We rented a scooter to roam around so it was not a problem at all.... The hosts take very good care of you. Well recommended.... the rooms and beds are large with plenty of space and you have a balcony and are spotless and very clean. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. 10/10 from me

I had a lovely stay at Cat Tien Villa. The host and her family were so welcoming,friendly and kind. Throughout my entire stay she helped guide me to locations I could see. The place was a lovely balance of that hotel style cleanliness and homestay warm. The location is close enough to get to Old Town and the beach and yet to don’t get caught in the busyness of these tourist spots
