Disappointed Stay – Not as Advertised The location is great, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room looked nothing like the photos—it was much smaller and felt uncomfortably cramped. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the towels provided were not clean. At night, the entire place felt eerie and unwelcoming, almost like something out of a ghost story. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was very different from the picture, layout and size all seem abit deceiving. Front desk gave me an attitude when I ask about it. He said that all the rooms are booked and if I’m not happy with the room, I can move somewhere else. I ended up paying extra for other hotels as it was a last minute booking. 訂房網站 did not give solutions and it did 2 days to resolve the problem. Honestly destroyed my holiday thoroughly.

The location is great, right at the entrance of Bui Vien Walking Street. However, at night, you can hear the music from the bars, which might be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The room and overall environment are quite average, nothing too fancy but decent for a short stay.

予約したシングルルームが空きが無くて、VIPルームにアップグレードを無償でしてくれました。 前回は空きが無くて違うホテルへ移動を餘儀なくされました。 プラスマイナスゼロですかね

樓下就是范五老街，很熱鬧，世界各地的人滿滿當當，夜生活的好去處，房間還非常便宜，就是會比較吵樓下全是high歌，馬路上跟開演唱會一樣

Overall I’m satisfied with the stay @ this hotel.. Pro — room is spacious and comfortable . The receptionist quite friendly . Not so recommend for those light sleeper as pubs and disco but for me I still sleep tight @ night 🫰

極度惡劣的飯店，入住時跟我說一樓有異味還找不到原因，不讓我入住，堅持要把我換到另一間一星級飯店，我說味道是在一樓沒關係，也不讓我入住，櫃檯還態度很差的說不要浪費彼此的時間，聯絡客服也沒有用，只能被迫換到另一間飯店，一進房間馬上看到床上有一隻蟑螂…
