地點好、服務好、床軟硬適中、房間空間足夠、廁所熱水穩定 每天給兩瓶水、早餐自助吧雖然較小但性價比不錯 淋浴間的出水裝置，可以看水溫和洗澡的時間，很方便 雖然樓下是馬路，但因為房間在9樓，所以不會覺得特別吵 小缺點是房間的電燈光線非常不足，在晚上或不開窗簾的時候，會因為沒有自然光線導致房間非常昏暗，所以需要化妝或是看電視的話，會有光線不足導致眼睛不太舒服的問題 總結 非常推薦入住，以這間飯店的價位來說很值得 服務、設備、地點都有到位

飯店很新位置超市中心，因為半地下室施工還免費幫我們升等，非常開心！基本沒有設施早餐很糟，最喜歡衛浴設施，四個出水口全按鈕和溫度面板，使用直覺又舒適人性化，家裡都想換這組！

I really enjoyed my stay at Kin Hotel Ly Tu Trong. The location is excellent — just about a 10-minute walk to the Independence Palace, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. My room didn’t have a window, but it was clean, comfortable, and had no unpleasant smell. I especially liked the shower system — it has three types: a head shower, a hand shower, and a bidet shower. The water temperature and pressure were easy to adjust, which made for a very pleasant shower experience. The only small downside is that conditioner wasn’t provided, but overall everything else was great. The hotel staff were all very friendly and polite, always greeting guests with a smile. I would definitely recommend Kin Hotel Ly Tu Trong for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City!

Value for money! The room was clean, new and although not spacious, was not cramped either. Unfortunately, I had a mishap on the 訂房網站 and had to visit the police station. The receptionist Kacy kindly followed me to the station as a translator and was extremely patient and kind. Definitely would recommend this place to people looking for value for money.

What I Liked: Exceptional Service The staff responded immediately when I raised an issue with my original room and upgraded me without hesitation. This was a huge relief since I arrived past 7 PM after a long flight and was extremely tired. They also accommodated my mobility concerns by allowing me to use the staff elevator from the ground floor—something I truly appreciated. Prime Location The hotel is just a short walk from the famous Ben Thanh Market, surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. If you don’t mind a lively, bustling area, this is an excellent spot to stay. Upgraded Room The upgraded room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel—spacious, with strong water pressure and multiple showerhead options. While there’s no bathtub, I rarely use one, so it wasn’t an issue. The room itself was much larger than expected, with large windows and surprisingly quiet despite being near a busy street. Additional perks I loved: Netflix-ready TV (with an account already logged in) Comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows Breakfast For the price, the breakfast selection was reasonable and satisfying. What Could Be Improved: Mobility Access Accessibility can be challenging as the main entrance and breakfast area both require stairs. An alternative solution for guests with mobility issues would be a great improvement. Amenities There’s no pool or gym, so if those are essential for your stay, this might not be the best fit. Personally, this wasn’t an issue since I only stayed overnight. Original Room Condition The first room I checked into needed better maintenance, particularly the air conditioning. Since the room had no windows, it felt hot and humid. Considering I arrived late, there should have been enough time to ensure everything was in proper working order. Overall, despite a few areas for improvement such as accessibility and amenities, the excellent service, prime location, spacious upgraded room, and reasonable breakfast make this hotel a solid choice. I would still recommend it for a comfortable stay, especially if you value convenience and attentive staff which is a very important factor to me as it can make or break the whole stay experience.

ベンタイン市場、統一教會など近場の有名な観光スポットが周辺にあるため、拠點として活動するのに大変便利です。室內は広く、衛生的でした。特にシャワーはさまざまな口があり、またデジタル表示されていて趣深かったです。一方で、隣の部屋のシャワー音がやたらと聞こえてきて騒々しかったです。話し聲は廊下以外で漏れてくるような感じはなかったです。朝食もまあ満足。

新整修旅館非常乾淨整潔，價格適中，離濱城市場、高島屋⋯都非常的近。 服務員人都非常的好，每天笑臉迎人。

Overall a nice hotel. Great location. Not too far from everything in District 1. Clean and newly refurbished rooms Some drawbacks include hot water may take some time to heat up and the breakfast can do with some additional drinks option.
