1、給我們的房間靠馬路，隔音很差，內外都很吵，半夜馬路汽車鳴笛、大聲説話、怪叫，走廊拖拉行李箱、塑料袋的聲音一清二楚 2、花灑壞的，衹能用頂頭的大蓮蓬頭 3、毛巾感覺不乾淨唯一優勢，離濱城市場的夜市很近，樓下的鮮榨果汁不錯

Ben Thanh Market is right behind the hotel. Quite strategic place to visit all attractions. Stayed for 5 nights. The cleaner cleaned the room daily except for the last day she did not clean the floor. The room is a bit small to fit in 2 medium luggage. Requested room away from liftand quiet room but was given room beside the lift and able to hear the lift moving.

Unfortunately, next door building is still under renovation after so many years. Now opposite building previous golden hotel is also going through renovation. In fact their own hotel level 5 itself is doing renovation. Hence if you are light, fuzzy, choosy sleeper, avoid at all cost. Else, still my usual go to place every time I am in HCMC. Oh ya... there's no swimming pool till date too..

Stayed for 3 nights and overall great value for money! Superb location in the heart of shopping and eating district - main road, easy to locate! Very kind and accommodating staffs. Daily breakfast offers different foods which we really liked! Rooms are big than we expected. Easy check in and check out process as well! We will definitely come back soon!

Room is definitely 3 -3.5 stars, looking a little tired. (Note that the hotel images show a pool but there is none, which from other reviews from last year the hotel claims the pool is still under construction.) The street and neighboring construction can be noisy but that is just how Vietnam is these days with new hotels popping up everywhere. Where the hotel shines is the location and friendly staff. The breakfast is great which will fill you up. The hotel is close to many coffee shops and tourist attractions are short distance away. A convenience store is right across the street. If I am back in the area I will definitely book this hotel again.

位置很好，離統一宮很近，旁邊有個飯店，味道很不錯哦，前台美女很熱情,很快辦理入住手續，房間很大，乾淨整潔，和朋友一起的，這地段價格合適👍👍

兩年前曾住過一次，感覺不錯，所以這再度入住！但這次入住簡直失望極點！以後也不會再考慮入住！原因服務員態度差和房間差不多說、最主要有以下幾點：首先洗水間沖涼熱水不足，只係暖水，投訴後，服務員說是這樣，我當然不能接受，再投訴，第二天好了一天，第三四天都係一樣，投訴也多餘，後來發覺，下午五六點沖涼就有足夠熱水，到了晚上十點沖涼就不足熱水，問題是酒店沒有把煲水掣煲了一次便關了？豈有此理。第二，有一晚回到房間，空調開了一會壞了，打電話去前台，派了人員來，弄了一會說沒辦法壞了，今晚只能沒空調，拿了風扇，明天再換房，我不同意，因為房間是沒窗戶，空氣沒流動，會太悶焗！所以我再打電話到前台，但不料前台個**不但沒有對此事處理道歉，還非常凶猛沒禮貌及掛電話，我真的氣爆，於是直接落大堂問個明白，他才致電經理，經理才叫維修人員趕來，等了差不多四十五分鐘，維修員到後，弄了十五分鐘終於弄好，但已經零晨一點了！最後，我本應住到22號才退房，但訂房時弄少了一天，所以第一次退房日是21號，但我18號當日已經多訂了一天，退房日是22號，19號已經通知前台已多訂了一天，也把確認編號等資料交了給前台，前台人員也不不確認了，以為一切正常，直到21號下午回房間時，頓覺不妙，所有東西不翼而飛，思緒混亂之際，突想起莫非酒店把我東西收起？於是直落大堂問過明白！前台人員說退房時間為中午12點，當時你人不在，所以把東西收起！我真怒火沖天，就算我真係無多訂一天房，酒店也只可通知我要多算一天房價錢或要把東西搬走等，絕對不是沒有任何通知下，隨意把客戶東西搬走！非常不合理！還有她們還口口聲聲大大聲說我沒有通知有已訂房，我便給他們看訂單早於數天前已經確定及早已通知了前台！他們得知後只是把東西交還給我，連一句Sorry 也沒說！明明是他們自己處理不當，一點道歉也沒有！如果酒店收拾東西時不慎真的少了什麼東西或一些金錢，要求報公安，他們也是是無可奈何！所以以上幾件事，接二連三發生，所以我對此酒店完全失望！永不錄用！😡😡😡
