堅固、安全的門，現代化的鎖系統。房間裡有方便的夜燈和閲讀燈。工作人員總是快速提供支持，不會讓顧客等待太久。

房間寬敞、乾淨、設施齊全。床很舒服，枕頭柔軟，香味濃郁。工作人員很友好，每次見面都會打招呼。

毛巾、毯子、床單都乾淨、潔白、芳香。房間每天都按時打掃。工作人員非常有禮貌，説話輕聲細語。

房間裡的一切都乾淨整潔。迷你冰箱、吹風機和水壺均配備。行李支持人員非常熱情。

房間通風，空調溫度調節方便。床很乾凈，沒有異味。接待員和保安都非常友好。

空調運行良好，熱水器穩定。房間內部裝飾現代，色彩典雅。工作人員非常細心。

房間一般，位置也一般，價格也不便宜。傳説中的胡志明市的高物價，果然名不虛傳。下次再也不去這家酒店入住了。這麼高的房價，沒有早飯。去市中心玩，來回打的要一百多人民幣。所謂的豪華大床房居然是一張大床，無奈在旁邊的Moon 2 Hotel換了個標準間，加了60萬越南盾。不過，前台小妹妹服務很好，為我們提供了換幣服務。

總體外觀和內飾比較新，服務態度很好，而且中英粵語都簡單可以交流。但有以下幾點缺陷不足以支撐其5.0的高分：1、地處區域雜亂，環境衞生不好。晚上噪音不少，特別是有酒吧或餐館晚上大喇叭唱歌聲一直要到23點了！2、房間隔音效果不好，隔壁説話聲大了都能聽到。3、房間不配咖啡和茶葉包。4、電視還是傳統有線電視，沒有網絡智能節目源和海外節目。而且我住的房間，連信號都沒有。5、新換布草都有很濃重的香氛味，不知道是洗衣粉沒有洗乾淨還是選錯了香氛添加劑，味有點刺鼻。6、我房間冰箱壓根不製冷，因為不含早餐的，所以自己買了些牛奶和麵包等，放冰箱幾乎是常溫。不知道，其他房間都是什麼情況。

整體都挺好的，前台服務還會中文，交流起來也方便。服務也貼心，一種很溫馨的感覺，如果下次有機會一定還會再來
