There’s no question that the guest house has the best stunning ocean view and located at a good area where you can escape from the city crowds. In terms of the facilities and the hotel rooms are really at it best. However, there’s a few thing that I would like to point out, that it potentially takes marks off from the experience. First of all, there should be a clear communication between the hotel and the guests, there’s no way I can contact the hotel whether it is WhatsApp WeChat when I need something. For example, I want to know about the Wi-Fi password, I could not call the hotel, I have to walk next-door to ask the cafe stuff to annually. Enter the Wi-Fi password for me. If I need the Wi-Fi at night, there would be no one helping me. Second, there’s no staff coming to clean up the room and change the towel and replace some new toothpaste in the next day, that I have to order it from grab in midnight. This is a $100 night hotel, not a $20 night motel that I have to figure things out myself. If the most basic services cannot be done properly, how can you charge this price? Just a room and location itself is not sufficient. There many rooms for improvement. I hope the hotel can take this common seriously so that you can serve your guest better next time.

Modern and peaceful place to take a rest, room is clean, bed is comfortable, great view, staff are very friendly and supported.
