I don't like giving negative reviews, but this booking had many issues it cannot be overlooked and really spoiled our holiday. First, this owner puts many photos of many different apparements on one booking, so if you do not pay attention and ask the right questions (and this is also a 訂房網站 issue) you will not get the room you thought you were booking and will be given the one most convenient commercially for the owner. We thought we had booked a nice, bright open room with bath tub for our kids, but instead got a dark room, always in shadow and 2 showers. We were offered a new place after 5 days, but we would have had to completely change bullding, which was simply unnaceptable when you have unpacked everyting after 5 days. The place is listed as having a kids pool and adult pool, which is listed as "included" but when we requested access we were told it was for long-term residents only - another misleading feature of this owner's listing. When we arrived, we were greeted by a check-in lady who simply didn't seem to care about the booking issues, a cockroach spray on the kitchen counter, a mouldy fridge, a washng machine with months of dirt from previous residents and a super uncomfortable sofa with painful springs to sit on, covered with a throw to try to hide the issue. One bathroom sink was broken, which we had to requtest to fix - how this wasn't obvious to the cleaning staff I will never know. One of the three cooking hobs worked, the other two were broken - againm we had to ask to fix (which they did). One toilet didn't flush properly. One day one room completely filled with what smelt like toxic VOCs (not nail polish as they ower tried to convince us), and I had to sleep on the broken sofa with my son to avoid the fumes. It passed over 1 day, but then a few dyas later the room filled with cigarette smoke. It seems the bathroom ventilation is linked to those of bathrooms above and below, who knows. On top of all this, at the end of your stay the cleaners turn up 20 minutes before your departure time to kick you out early. The manager did eventually give us access to the pool, which was one small resbite on this bad decision of ours, but we will not return.
