Highly recommended. The location is excellent, e.g. close to all the F&B options along Xuan Thuy and very convenient for getting into the city. The design creates a genuine retreat-like atmosphere, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

I stayed here for a month. The breakfast is decent, though it is a fixed a la carte menu. Housekeeping is spotty and I had to file a complaint so that they change bedsheets every few days. However, they received my complaints professionally and upgraded me to a suite for the remainder of my stay as well as a complimentary airport drop off. I was slightly disappointed of the overall service given the price but they do try to redeem themselves. This is fine for a short stay, but for longer stays over month, I would recommend other options.

I had a great stay at this hotel. They allowed early check-in for a 30% charge, unlike many other hotels, which was very helpful. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the room was spotless.
