首先和介紹圖片完全不一樣 全是假圖 當我辦理入住時 全程沒有員工出現 電話無法聯絡 衹透過WhatsApp去通知你入住的房間和房卡 門口密碼鎖不夠靈敏 要用力按才能顯示數字 入門之後沒有一次性拖鞋 洗完澡光腳踩地下吧 沒有清理好房間 地上都有灰塵 冰箱裡0物品 基本的水都不提供 水龍頭説是感應 但時常不出水 廚房一大堆雜物 房間裡還有沒清洗的毛巾掛在衣櫃裡 地上沙發都有螞蟻在爬 整間屋衹提供4條毛巾（訂房網站頁面説可以住6個人 你6個人用4條毛巾？洗臉毛巾都沒有） 問就是沒有 不再提供 （拖鞋 毛巾之類的常用品） 然後房東一整晚都不再回復任何消息 你付了錢就是** 不會有任何人處理你的問題 不會再住 想打負分 但最低衹是0分

The host lied to 訂房網站, saying the room was empty after I left. However, the staff at the room said someone was immediately moved in. Finally, I asked a local Vietnamese friend to call the host for me, but as soon as they heard it was about me, they hung up. I never expected that accommodations at this price point would have such bizarre situations. Loved it! Staff were excellent. Free drinks on arrival. Room was immaculate. Awesome views. Pools were excellent. Buffet breakfast was quite good. You could just tell by staying there, that the sheets and utilities were still so brand new. You simply can't beat this place for its value. Resorts likes this across Asia would cost you at least twice as much as what you pay here. I will definitely come back here to stay next time I'm in town.

You could never get a room this big and beautiful with Daily Fresh fruit delivered to the room, for the price I paid, in the USA. NEVER. The staff was perfect, the location was perfect, and my only regret was not taking advantage of the SPA services.

Excellent news overall . Love the old charm and character. Good amenities very good size rooms (got a suite) and good breakfast. Staff always here to greet and help guests

Love this hotel during my stay and will definitely go back in my next visit. The hotel is relatively new, services are good, clean and neat. Hope the hotel will keep up the good work in upkeep and maintainence for long run.

It was very refined and elegant. The breakfast was good with lots of pastries. The traffic is pretty amazing , however you can walk up into the centre of the city. The pool was lovely.

First time visiting ho chi minh city and the hotel stuffs were very helpful. The rooms were a little small but clean. I liked the roof bar and the restaurants.

The apartment was in the heart of the city with stunning views of the river and skyline. Everything was within walking distance. Loved our stay!
