范五老街公寓酒店(SOHO店） (SOHO Tower Apartment Hotel)

I had a very disappointing experience booking through 訂房網站 this time. I originally made a reservation for SOHO Tower Apartment Hotel located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City – a central and convenient area that fit perfectly with our travel plans. However, just one day before check-in, I was informed that the hotel was no longer available and I had to accept a last-minute change to a completely different location: Landmark 4 Vinhomes Central Park. This was not a hotel, but a homestay-style apartment far from District 1. The new location significantly disrupted our itinerary and was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the entire check-in process was troublesome. We had to wait at the lobby for someone to escort us up to the apartment each time we returned – it was far from the smooth hotel experience we had expected. Things got even worse when we were falsely accused of breaking the mirror in one of the rooms. The mirror was already broken when we arrived. On top of that, the TV remote wasn’t working, adding to our frustration. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The relocation, the inconvenience, and the unfounded accusations made our stay very stressful. I would not recommend ‘this Hotel’ to others who want peace of mind when traveling. P/s I was given extra Trip Coins for the relocation.

我的期待值並不高，但是起碼的衞生和服務都做不到。1 我們到酒店之前沒有任何人跟我聯繫，前台也不知道，我找他們才聯繫上，在國外碰到這樣的情況還是很抓狂的。2 房間衞生條件很差，廁所有尿味和黴味。有活的蟑螂。淋浴頭是粘上去的。3 出現這種情況不及時彌補，讓我們在這樣的房間住了兩天後才給我們平調一個房間。前面説好升級來彌補的，最後也不兌現。遠程遙控出問題可以理解，但是不及時糾正彌補這個很説不過去。

제가 어진간해서 후기 안남기는데 정말 어기가 없어서 남겨요 사진상에 가격대비해 좋을거 같아서 객실3 예약했는데 ... 비행기 출국전 연락와서 건물에 불이나서 공사하고 있고 하수구에서 냄내가나서 사용하기 힘들다고 하더라구요 그럼어쩌냐고 다른데로 업그레이드 해준다고해서 위치가 어디냐고 물어보니 랜트마크81 얘기하더라구요 그래서 거기는 너무멀어서 안된다고 하니까 그럼 근처에 호텔 알아보고 연락쥰다고 하더라구요 저에게도 한번찾아보고 괞찮은데 있으면 얻으라고 남어지 차액은 부답한다고 했어요 지금까지는 트립탓컴 에서 저에게 처음 한말인니다 두번째 연락왔을때 호텔쪽에서 연락갈거라고 잘얘기해보라고 해서 일단 알았다고 했어요 베트남 현지인같은사람한테서 카톡으로 연락이 왔는데 로텔측이라고 하더라구요 객실 뮨제없이 준비한다고 예정데로 호텔로 오라고 하더라구요 갔는데 사진과 완전다른 객실이였어요 베트남현지인들이 사는곳처럼 지저분 바퀴벌레 ㅜㅜ 호텔이 아니라 에어비엠?? 이런거 같더라구요 관리도 안되어있고 인테리어도 꽝 입니다 완전 사기 첫번째 사진부터 3번째 사진보고 예약한건데 막상가보니 ㅜㅜ 여기 예약하지 마세요 다른한국분들도 몇분 봤는데 다 사기당했다고 하더라구요 ~

有史以來最差的一次酒店體驗，將近400一晚的價格，不如國內200的如家漢庭，洗澡沒有熱水，連溫水都算不上，旁邊在蓋樓，夜裡一點半施工被吵醒，而且想提前一天退房也不行，慎重慎重！

整體來說很不錯，只是在接待方面速度較慢，光等房東下樓就等了至少15分鐘起跳

혼자 가기엔 괜찮으나 커플이 가기엔 쫌 별로 일거같네요 저도 혼자 여행와서 묵었으나 영어를 못해서 체크인 하는게 좀 어려웠네요 전화해서 키 받아야되는.. 일반 호텔 체크인이 아님 혼자라면 그럭저럭 괜찮은 숙소인거같아요

Check in was nightmare. Arrived at 2.30 mid night. Owner informed card to operate lift will be in mailbox. There was no card there but a small locked plastic box. Tried to contact owner by WhatsApp and phone but no luck. Finally had to break plastic box to get cards. Check out was even worse. Requested owner and hel allowed Check out at 12.30 but cleaning staff arrived at 11.50 and started pushing me to vacate room. Finally vacated room at 12.20 I do not expect such poor listing on 訂房網站.com

當我到達大堂時沒有人迎接我，我等了將近一個小時才辦理入住手續。房間缺乏設施，非常臟，廚房裡有蟑螂。我要求清潔但沒有得到幫助。這太可怕了，太恐怖了。不要犯和我一樣的錯誤。

Vị trí thuận lợi, gần với rất nhiều địa điểm nên đến khi ghé thăm Hồ Chí Minh, phố đi bộ Bùi Viện không chỉ nổi bật về đêm.

Les chambres et les espaces communs sont toujours propres. Il n'y a aucun problème d'hygiène
