入住很方便，跟房主透過Wechat交談即可按照指示check in，房間很大附有基本廚具及電磁爐，有共通陽台，但陽台很髒有菸蒂以及飲料罐且對面是工地，就沒走出去了附設的洗髮精沐浴乳是罐裝的底部有發黴，介意的人建議自行攜帶使用，退房要寄放行李大廳警衛會收取10萬越南盾

🇻🇳 胡志明市住宿心得｜Tony Apartment 五天四夜放鬆之旅這次到越南胡志明市旅遊，選擇入住 Tony Apartment（託尼公寓）五天四夜，整體住宿體驗非常舒服，也相當符合自由行旅客的需求。公寓式住宿空間寬敞，住起來有種回到家的感覺，長時間停留也不會有壓迫感，對於不想每天換飯店、想好好放鬆的人來說很加分。地點與生活機能是這間住宿的一大優點，附近餐廳、咖啡廳、便利商店一應俱全，不論外出用餐或臨時採買都很方便。Grab 外送與計程車叫車速度快又便宜，幾乎不用等待，行程安排非常彈性。就算臨時想回住宿休息一下再出門，也完全不是問題。另外，周邊的按摩與洗頭店選擇很多，而且價格親民、服務又好，每天行程結束後來一套按摩或洗頭，真的非常紓壓，直接把旅遊疲勞清空。整體來說，Tony Apartment 不僅住得舒服，地點與便利性也都表現優秀，是一間讓人會想再回訪的住宿選擇，非常推薦給到胡志明旅遊、想住得自在又方便的旅客。

普通住宅單位，房間都算乾淨，空調夠凍，我住的是17樓，沒有什麼景觀，很普通的住宅區，奇怪的是大堂沒有空調而電梯裡面有空調。廠樓外面叫車都方便，外出到范五老街不超過10分鐘，大廈附近有7-11及ok等便利店，也有多間食肆選擇，都算方便。

first time to book a airbnb/apartment to stay over for the 訂房網站, i was skeptical at first because i didn't know how to contact the host as he only provided phone number which was very hard to stay in touch with. However with the help of the customer service i got his wechat and got in contact with him. The place is not very far from the places i was planning to go but it may require at least 10-12 minutes walk or about 30,000 VND on grab. There were many amenities needed for easier stays like iron and water filter(i wish he changed that before my stay because it was very black at that time). Remember to throw away the trash before leaving.

The host is responsive to questions/feedback and the apartment is clean when we checked-in. The bed mattress in one bedroom is soft while the other one at another room is hard. Pillows are not firm enough based on our preference. Wish there were more pillows. Bathroom amenities are sufficient except hair conditioner is not provided during our stay. Kitchen amenities are available though it would be nice to include kitchen towel for drying hands. We stayed for 4 nights and so the bedsheets and bathroom towels were changed during housekeeping at the mid of the stay.
