新房間很新，傢俱什麼的都配得很齊全，而且高樓層的景觀真的很漂亮～每天看夜景都覺得很舒服。Thanh人也特別友善，有問題都會馬上幫忙處理。雖然這次入住途中有一點點小狀況，不過都很熱情幫忙解決了，整體還是很滿意的，下次來胡志明還會再住，也會推薦給朋友呀哈哈。

This place didn't look much like the pictures. The stay was quite displeasing. The AC didn't work the entire 訂房網站. We asked them to come fix it multiple times and they just sent someone to try to turn it on, but no actual fixing was done. As shown in the pictures I took, there is mold all around the sink as well as all around the AC unit. Don't recommend staying here to anyone.

Muito complicado da hora que chega até conseguir finalmente entrar no apartamento, tive que falar com várias pessoas e esperar talvez cerca de uma hora… e o pior é que eu não tava entendendo nada. Fiquei super chateada pq o apartamento que está pra alugar não é esse maior como mostra na foto, é um na lateral, esse tipo de marketing não é correto!! Sem falar que os móveis que tinha no apartamento eram super velhos, não chegava nem perto dos que tão na foto. A única coisa bacana foi essa vista, mas de resto foi péssimo.

基本的に良かったです。 ただ、似たような建物が集中し、自分の泊まる場所がどこか分かりづらかったです。 チェックインする時は、係の人ではなく、宿泊施設に電話して下さい。

The apartment was spacious. However, not very clean. and the many things needed repair. Pictures provided. Shower doors almost fell off. Toilet seats broken. And the place was infested with little mean red ants. If the owner fixed this place up it would be great!

We stayed on the 37th floor and the view was amazing – you could see the river, the metro line and the main road. There’s a 24/7 supermarket right downstairs with lots of food and drinks to choose from. Check-in was simple and super convenient, and Ngoc was quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Parking was also pretty affordable. Our whole family had a great time and it was really a memorable experince.

這家公寓正對著 Vincom，吃飯、購物都非常方便。房間裡廚房用具齊全，自己下廚完全沒問題。可惜的是不能使用游泳池，衹能用健身房。有時候給房東 Thuong 發訊息回覆會稍微慢一點，所以我們後來直接打電話聯繫了。整體來説還是蠻不錯的，下次有機會還會考慮入住。

Thuong人超好，性格開朗又熱情。從一開始聯繫訂房的時候我就覺得她特別親切，就覺得這次旅程肯定不會差。 一切都安排得很好，所以我辦入住的時候也很順利。房間挺大的，乾淨又整潔，看著就很舒服。她還推薦了我一些挺有意思的地方，還有很多很地道的飯館，真的挺實用的。 這次旅行可以説是超出了我原本的期望，特別滿意思。如果以後還有機會來，我一定還會找她的！
