管理混亂、誠信缺失的糟糕體驗！強勢罰款+服務差+噪音擾民，強烈警告！此次入住體驗極為糟糕，涉及管理、誠信與服務多方面問題，詳細陳述以警後人。一、管理極不透明，事前刻意隱瞞罰款政策。在訂房網站預訂頁面及入住辦理時，酒店均未主動告知室內吸菸的罰款高達200萬越南盾。所謂“禁煙標識”僅是一個藏在角落的名片大小英文貼紙，對於國際旅客而言，完全不具備提示作用。這種不事先明示，事後重罰的做法，有設定消費陷阱的嫌疑。二、處理過程強勢且不人性化，毫無協商餘地。退房時，經酒店工作人員親自上樓檢查並確認房間內毫無菸味，證明並未影響後續客人。在與訂房網站客服及主管長達5個小時時間反覆溝通並誠懇道歉後，酒店依然在我已離店的情況下，強行扣款100萬越南盾。從200萬“協商”至100萬，但基於事實清白的退款要求卻被無視。這種不以事實為依據，僅以創收為目的的強勢作風，令人憤慨。此罰款是否依據當地合法程序，我深表懷疑。（訂房網站對我表達同情，後續給了我補助300元，訂房網站必須好評）三、綜合服務品質堪憂。此外，前台接待始終不耐煩、不禮貌；酒店無中文服務溝通困難；白天走廊裝修噪音與夜間沿街交通噪音嚴重影響休息。總結：此酒店在誠信、管理和客戶關懷上全面失敗。警告所有旅客，選擇此店將面臨不可預知的財務風險與極差的住宿體驗，請務必謹慎避坑！

Location could not have been more perfect. It was incredibly convenient for walking to Vicom Center and many eateries around the area as well. Right next to the hotel, there is a 7-11. I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room. It was evident that great care and attention to detail making it comfortable and hygienic environment to stay. Lastly, and most importantly, I must commend your staff for their wonderful customer service. Every team member I interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, was exceptionally courteous, professional, and eager to help. Their warmth and efficiency truly made me feel welcomed and valued. I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next 訂房網站 and will gladly recommend it to others.

Didn’t expect the deterioration of the hotel is so severe considering it is a newly build hotel in service for 2 years’ only. A very cost conscious hotel, looking for opportunities to charge customers in every aspects. Pool is very small around 15 to 17m long. Services are very polite and helpful in general. However, it is not worth the price and will not stay in this hotel next time.

Impressive sizes, located in the happening District 1 of heart of HCM. Apart from a bit noisy from the corridor when people are talking. Highly recommended!

Signature M Village Hotel 交通很方便，附近餐廳也很多，重點是服務親切有耐心，環境整潔有質感，特別感謝服務人員Yeni 的細心介紹附近好吃的飯店，今天在胡志明市是最後一天，也是愉快的一天😄

酒店位置很棒處於胡志明日本街，下樓就到。打車也比較方便，樓下有銀行。前台簡單的中文可以交流。超市也很多。

This hotel is very conveniently located where the popular areas in District 1 are within walking distance, including Ben Thanh Market and Nguyen Hue Walking Street. You will be staying right next to the Japanese Street. Good food and proper massage places are nearby. The staff are very pleasant, super helpful and all of them speak English. The first room I was provided had a smoky smell and without much fuss, the staff arranged another room for me almost straight away. I was there for a business 訂房網站 and I really appreciate the prompt and helpful service.

Highly recommended!!!! Centralized location. Booked a two-bedroom suite for a family of 5. Loved the extra space at the living area for the kids to mingle. The rooms and the toilets are clean. Top notched service from the manager and stuff at the concierge, all are so friendly and helpful. and will not hesitate to stay in the same hotel when we are back again!!!

Love this hotel location. Services was excellent. Staff was attentive as service orientated. Everything was convenient there lots of food resturant n convenience store around . Hotel room was clean n spacious. Alway chose this hotel when I’m in HCM . Hotel was aso very near Airport . . It’s know as a Japan town area this hotel location .
