Thoughtful Hospitality in a Prime Location! Signature by M Village Hai Bà Trưng offers an excellent stay in the heart of Saigon, conveniently located opposite the famous Park Hyatt Saigon hotel. While situated near the road, the effective double-pane glass windows provided noticeable noise reduction, allowing for comfortable rest. What truly elevated our experience was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team, Tessa for her personalized handwritten welcome note, Nancy at the evening reception for her consistently warm greetings and beautiful smiles, and Rosie who attentively handled our daytime requests. Their genuine care and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed. M Village consistently delivers with its simple yet highly effective approach to hospitality - offering all the essentials done exceptionally well. For first-time visitors to Ho Chi Minh City looking for a well-located property with outstanding service, I would happily recommend Signature by M Village.

酒店比較小，一共沒多少間房，但地理位置還可以，就在第一郡的中心位置，西貢柏悅的對面，對於衹有柏悅四分之一的價格來説還是很不錯的，而且裝修風格我很喜歡，設施也可以～（水龍頭擰到中間才是熱水！晚上去了洗頭店洗頭水不熱，害我以為胡志明全市的水就是溫溫的）中途有個小意外，27號那天早上有50週年演習把整個第一郡都封了，我們差點去不了機場以外，還好12點前就解封了，下次來要注意他們國慶期間的交通狀況喲

Stayed here twice. 2024 and 2025. Outstanding value for money. Superb central location, walking distance to all HCMC main sites. Always courteous smiling front desk staff. Large rooms. Ask for a quiet room facing the courtyard. I like their quirky hallway art. The only drawback is the lack of room slippers! Only multiuse rubber flip flops are provided for in-room use.

首先，一定要避開04房，樓下就是空調主機，噪音非常大，完全不適宜住人。到店有點晚，十點，前台ryan蠻帥的，but，我説噪音大，給我一副耳機就了事，就呆在一旁，可能小職員也沒權限吧。我找到訂房網站，馬上電話解決，酒店當天滿房無法更換房間，然後就換到了附近走路3分鐘的另一家酒店，將將就就…整個過程，酒店方大度，處理得當，反觀訂房網站，雖然處理及時，但是沒有站在客戶的角度考慮問題，最終自己和酒店商量後續事宜，然後告訴的訂房網站，訂房網站再解決的。

The hotel is in an excellent location, near to everything. The staff is exceptionally attentive and prompt in answering questions via APP (WhatsApp, etc.). But the cost-benefit ratio isn't great. The first room I was assigned faced a vacant lot filled with trash and scrap metal. Not a pleasant view for a weekend getaway. On the second day, by my request, they moved me to a street-facing room after paying an additional rate (which I paid for). The front room has a small balcony with a view of the front of the Hyatt Hotel and a little part of a garden behind the Opera House. The room is with acceptable clean in bathroom but wall dirty with marks (both rooms). Compared with other hotels in the same City and district, the room is small in size and lacks amennities of good quality. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers, they provide rubber sandals used by other guests before you. After I complained, they provided other rubber sandals that were clean.

I stayed here and absolutely loved it! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the room was beautifully decorated. This place truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend it, and a big thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

缺點：走廊有黴味，電梯較小。房間提供了可以循環使用的正常拖鞋，沒有一次性拖鞋。可以理解可能是從環保角度考慮，但是真的不喜歡和別人共用拖鞋。還好平時出門都會自備人字拖。優點：每日衞生打掃都很到位，前台友善熱情，每日進出經過都會微笑打招呼。第一天到達的時候已經很晚了，我頸椎不太好，辦理入住時問前台要乳膠枕，前台説已經沒有多餘的了。沒想到第二天出門回來，房間裡已經增加了兩個乳膠枕，前台有把我的需求記住，很貼心。酒店的地理位置很好，去市區各大熱門景點步行即可。門口左邊有一家連鎖咖啡店，右邊巷子口進去有家很好吃的越南菜，連吃兩頓。

房間是2樓出電梯左手邊第一間，很小，外面是不知道鍋爐還是啥的，看不到外面。房間進去有異味，半夜附近附近還有蹦迪。不推薦。位置倒是不錯。
