霍巴特-塔斯曼豪華精選酒店 (The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart)

地理位置絕佳，離碼頭、商業區、公園、藝術館都很近，步行即可到達。房間玻璃窗外即可見絕佳景色。服務態度非常好，無論是前台還是打掃房間人員。特意續住了兩晚，也推薦給了朋友。

房間的地理位子很優秀 裝修衞生正常五星級酒店水平 但入住的兩天早上7點半開始就一直有維修的噪音 持續了一小時 酒店也沒提前通知 酒店義大利餐廳好吃

酒店外面就是商業區，出行非常方便。門口也方便停車，接我們的司機每天很容易找到停車位。酒店特別貼心地給我們送了紅酒，塔斯馬尼亞本地的特色，我們特別感動，很有心了。

酒店服務人員10分有禮貌地點10分好很方便搭巴士坐車超市又10分方便；下次會再推介朋友過嚟住！

During our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly. One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast. In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience. Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

這個房型隔音一般，景色確實不錯。給父母定的老樓要好很多。建議定老樓的房間。 前台經理Shawn搞錯訂單導致我們前後checkin了三次，浪費很多時間。 酒店必須valet parking，不允許自己提車，但是時間非常慢，禮賓部還登記錯了車牌號… 沒有express checkout，把其他房間的房賬掛到我的房間，這麼嚴重的問題也是很散漫的態度，説確認之後看要不要扣我的credit card。我要求當場查清楚，才説不會對此扣費。 不是萬豪的標準 更不可能是世界五十佳 訂房網站雖然態度很好 但沒辦法跟酒店溝通 最後酒店説經理不在 訂房網站賠了些積分了事

200多年的歷史，酒店新舊交融，新開酒店即被評為50佳 萬豪旗下， 在海港附近 出行都很便利。旁邊的老公園和每週六的集市值得逛逛。 早餐很豐盛，尤其是車釐子 草莓，塔州的食品堪稱最好的，因為食品無添加，也不出口，cherry就這一個月季節。住了5日，每天的咖啡拉花都出彩。 很多亞洲員工，溝通沒有問題。

把其他房間的房賬掛到我們房間了，很無語，不想花冤枉錢的還是不要住了。

設施：很新穎，豪華舒適，地理位置優越，唯一缺點因為靠近路邊，隔音效果不是很好

這大概是我住過的體驗最差的酒店，不知道房間有沒有認真打掃過，沒有拖鞋，bar的茶葉包空無一包，上一個客人留下的紙條還在房間。最鬧心的是房間的電動窗簾壞了，找工人來修了一下，工人説當天沒有工程師修不了了，衹能這樣了，給我們三個眼罩讓我們將就一下。我電話前台説讓他們看看能不能換個房間，前台看了説沒有房間可換，兩手一攤沒有辦法，也沒有任何歉意。第二天，回酒店發現我們自己帶的杯子不見了。讓訂房網站幫忙和酒店聯繫，原來客房服務把我們的杯子收到廚房去了。為了拿回兩個杯子，客房服務一開始讓我給他們寫郵件，附上杯子照片，我拒絕了，因為郵件往來不知道要找多久。後來他們在我電話溝通下才去馬上找。在等杯子送回來的過程中，想用酒店杯子喝水，發現茶吧裡的杯子底部是黏糊糊的一層不知道什麼物質。也不知道是多久沒洗。訂房網站説酒店會和我溝通補償，但是酒店沒人聯繫我。
