Lovely place to stay with very helpful staff. Food was nice and could borrow bikes for free to explore. We had to pay extra to use sauna/jacuzzi, which was not ready during off season so we had to wait, but staff did everything they could to make stay enjoyable.

The room had two Aircon/heater units, one would not heat and the other was missing a remote. We saw a total of 4 staff members and most rooms were empty but late checkout was not allowed.
Breakfast was terrible and late. Cold pho, sad ban mi, old watermelon, cold coffee and we sat in the dark for the first half.
Happy with the help of the staff member who helped with organising taxis.
