日經大廈 (Nikke Building (401, 402))

據當地政府規定，從2026年4月1日起徵收住宿稅。徵稅標準根據住宿金額按每人每晚徵收，每晚住宿費在6千日元及以上，每人每晚徵收200日元。該稅不分別大人與兒童，部分房價不包含住宿稅，需客人另付前台，具體以飯店告知為準。

For guests who have already completed the registration, entry code and room details will be sent via message at 9:00 AM on your check-in date. Even for luggage drop-off, please enter the room by following the instructions sent to you around 9:00 am on your check-in date.

Since our property operates without on-site front desk staff, prior registration of guest information is required by Japanese law. If this registration is not completed, your check-in instructions may not be sent. Please make sure to complete it by the day before your check-in date.

If you know your estimated time of arrival, please let us know in advance via message.

日本厚生勞動省要求所有國際遊客在任何住宿設施（旅館、飯店、汽車旅館等）登記時提交護照號碼和國籍。此外，住宿業主必須為所有登記的客人複印護照，並將複印件存檔。
