I book Nautica at the rate of AUD598, but was being charged AUD606+ instead, I notice that only when I check my credit card statement upon return from my 訂房網站, when checking w 訂房網站 customer service the property first commented the overcharge of AUD8+ was for shuttle service which I did not utilise as I am renting a car and drove myself, then 2nd excuse is it was bank charges, but the charges amount on my credit card was clearly stated the property charge my card at AUD606! 訂房網站 is kind enough to compensate that overcharge into Trip coin despite it's clearly the property integrity issue.
I booking room at level 1 or 2 but was given a room at level 3 and we need to carry our luggage all the way up by staircase, there isn't a lift, so book at your own risk.
