酒店走心好評這次蜜月之旅入住體驗直接拉滿，全程暖心又感動，真心要好好誇讚一番！酒店細節滿滿，得知我們是蜜月出行，特意用樹葉在床上擺出新婚快樂字樣，儀式感十足，特別貼心。所有工作人員都超級熱情，迎面遇見都會主動問好、禮讓通行，服務氛圍特別好。我在健身房鍛鍊時跟瑜伽教練諮詢肩胛骨疼痛適合什麼運動，教練特別熱心，特意拿來精油免費幫我專業推背按摩整整15分鐘，完美緩解了身體不適感，特別暖心。最要重點誇讚我們的私人管家ISHANKA，絕對是我旅行中遇到過最好、最靠譜的管家！為人真誠善良、做事兢兢業業，服務細緻入微。熟知我愛人中午才起床的作息，特意為我們量身規劃浮潛、沖浪等行程，時間安排得鬆弛有度、井然有序，不用匆忙趕路，遊玩體驗特別舒服。更讓我們銘記於心的是一次意外：我們外出就餐時，愛人不小心被貓咪抓傷，情況緊急。ISHANKA第一時間幫我們聯繫好醫院，當時外面暴雨傾盆、電閃雷鳴，他全程為我們撐傘陪護，全程和醫生流暢溝通對接，從晚上八點一直陪著我們忙到凌晨一點，全程貼心安撫、全程跟進，幫我們順利及時完成狂犬疫苗接種，真的特別有擔當。還有原定第三天的海釣行程，出發前察覺到海面即將迎來狂風暴雨，為了我們的人身安全，果斷臨時取消行程。事後印證當晚確實暴雨肆虐、風浪極大，能看出他始終把客人安全放在首位，特別負責任。整體入住體驗無可挑剔，環境、服務、人文關懷全都滿分，管家ISHANKA更是無可替代，強烈推薦給來旅行的朋友！

管家 Nilanka 在我們入住期間不僅提供了無微不至的服務和照顧，還扮演了導遊和朋友的角色，帶我們去看了最美的日落，安排了最正宗的印度炒飯和斯里蘭卡傳統料理。他以及酒店其他成員的專業和友善讓我們這次的旅程得以順利和完美。last but not least，Haritha 是個非常美麗、設備完善的酒店，我可以在泳池邊不誇張的説呆一整天，而且不斷的有來訪者比如説松鼠、孔雀和猴子。我們會再回來的。

We spent three days here and honestly did not want to leave. The property is stunning and so peaceful—just what we needed to completely unwind. As strict vegan and gluten-free eaters, dining while traveling is usually a headache, but Chef Nirangabm and his team were pure magic. Every single meal was custom-made, so creative, and hands-down some of the most delicious, authentic Sri Lankan food we’ve ever had. What really sets this place apart, though, is the people. The entire team is incredibly polite and professional. Axel, the GM, welcomed us on day one and made a point to say hi and check in on us every day we were around, which felt so warm and personal. And huge love to our butler, Phillip! He is an absolute sunshine of a guy—his smile just brightened every morning. He looked after us so well, took us on a walk to explore the local area, and shared so much cool insight into Sri Lankan life and culture. We felt like we were being hosted by a good friend. Easily one of the absolute best parts of our Sri Lanka 訂房網站. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

I stayed for one night and had an awful experience—definitely not five-star standard, and I do not recommend it. - Invasive Pre-arrival: The butler constantly harassed me with messages and calls demanding my exact arrival time. - Language & Service Issues: Despite requesting English, the butler insisted on Chinese. This led to repeated errors with our breakfast and dinner orders. Furthermore, no room amenities were explained upon arrival. - Severe Boundary & Privacy Violations: We were only granted a 30-minute late checkout. Exactly 30 minutes later, the butler knocked loudly, then stood right outside our glass door staring at us as we packed to pressure us out. To top it off, after checkout, they repeatedly called and messaged to ask if we had taken a beach bag from the room. This is by far the worst five-star experience I have ever had. I will never return and recommend to anyone.
