有個亞裔大爺做前台，服務態度很差，沒情緒管理，自己抱怨説用中國的酒店app預訂的客人 很麻煩辦入住… 酒店緊緊的靠著馬路，繁忙的十字路口，房間窗戶直接靠著人行道，可以想象有多吵。基本吵的無法入睡。除非選擇面向院子的一側。

Overall experience was wonderful, when we checked in they put a $100 hold on the CC she said was for incidental fees since my room was prepaid I would get my $100 back, as I was checking out another girl said I would only get $44 back since it’s $22 a day to park. Now I know this isn’t her fault so I am not blaming her but I booked through 訂房網站.com and NO WHERE IS IT stated that I have to pay for parking on the website. The girl assured me it was on the site and yes it is on the actual website. But since I booked through 訂房網站 I did not know. Again not her fault I wish I would have been told but it’s okay. Other than that location was great, service and staff were great . Someone in the room next to us was smoking the good stuff and we could smell it in our room. That was the only negative but I would stay here again

The hotel is cute and the location is good, but the rooms are very small. What’s truly unbelievable, though, and the reason I’m writing this review: it’s 2026, this is Los Angeles, and the hotel only includes one day of complimentary Wi-Fi. After that, they charge $14 for internet access. That’s absurd. If you need to raise your nightly rate by a few dollars, do it—but don’t nickel-and-dime guests like this. To make it worse, the room had tiny water bottles with a $5 price tag each. Hotels that are cheaper than this one don’t pull these kinds of things anymore. It feels cheap, outdated, and frankly disrespectful to guests.
