服務很周到！前台小哥人很好很nice 但是酒店有幾個硬傷： 1.照騙！實際客房非常的小 一張床幾乎擺滿了 兩個行李箱都打開的話 甚至沒有人走的空間 2.酒店的洗護用品不要用質量太差了 建議自己準備吧

전형적인 대형 호텔, 모든 것이 무난함. 지하철이 바로 옆에 있기 때문에 좋은 위치이긴 하지만 오모니아 역과 가까워 길을 잘못 들면 험한 꼴을 볼 수 있음. 오모니아 역에서 환승하려다 지갑을 소매치기 당했음.

衷心建議謹慎入住。我們第二次來克里特島很喜歡這個島嶼，但是這個酒店徹底改變了這次旅程。我幾乎不評論，這次印象難忘….首先房間有甲醛味，房間設計帶有安全隱患，服務非常差勁，前台和經理非常粗鄙。唯一的優點可能是地理位置，但是它的周邊有其他更好的選擇！

Great hotel, the rooms were spotless, the cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful when I needed some meds on a Sunday. They searched for a pharmacy that was open, and then called to make sure. Great place. And the breakfast is very comprehensive!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything! The staff were kind, the beds super comfortable and breakfast was included. There is not parking for the hotel directly but central parking is right in front and is discounted to 8€ (2023) for hotel guests. Overall great hotel!

Super zentral in der Innenstadt von Heraklion. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort vor einer Kreuzfahrt. Neue Zimmer klar und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Tv mindestens 10 deutsche Sender.Frühstück war sehr gut.sehr netter Aufenthalt
