酒店在市中心，位置很好，去逛街或者去博物館都很方便。洗臉池在臥室裡，衞生間裡是馬桶和淋浴。洗完澡後整個衞生間地上全是水。建議酒店把淋浴間和馬桶區域用完整的門分割開來。

Capsis Astoria is a great hotel centrally located in Heraklion. The rooms are comfortable and we liked our balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing with a full service bar and plenty of different types of seating and views of the city and sea in the distance. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the road from the hop on hop off bus, airport bus, museum and many restaurants and bars down the alleys.

Parkmöglichkeit war vorhanden 👍 Am Pool war die Dachentlüftung sehr laut, sodass ein längerer Aufenthalt am Pool für mich leider nicht möglich war. Hotel ist schon etwas älter, Zimmer könnten Renovierung vertragen, war alles schon sehr abgenutzt.

員工服務很好，設施及食物都很滿意，唯一酒店衹是在第一天供應樽水，不過酒店附近可以購買。另外酒店祇提供每人一個紙杯用，洗手間就完全沒有杯供應，紙杯不能多次洗用及用不到多天，尤其是最後兩天不再供應替換，祇好再清潔用。

頂樓酒吧和游泳池很棒，酒店位置很好，離博物館、機場、碼頭、市中心都很近，克島的小型特色博物館很多，值得仔細看，海灘水上休閑項目很多
