Stayed here many times before, so everything was fine, apart from school 訂房網站 staying. The noise from children running up and down the corridor was ridiculous. Teachers did not stop them. Breakfast good.

We stayed for 6 nights over Easter. Arriving wasn't the best. Rooms weren't ready for the 3pm check in time so had to sit in the bar and wait. No offer of a free drink for the inconvenience either. Half hour later our room was ready. Then, even though advertised as having air-conditioning, the rooms dont. The room was hot but reception did provide a fan. The staff here are really friendly and helpful. Especially Helen on reception who sorted our fan. The rooms are dated and in desperate need of a refurbishment to get up to proper IHG standard. Paint was cracking on the walls and dints in the wall from where people had hit with suitcases etc. That being said, the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was the best we've had at any HI Express hotel. Food always topped up, even when it was really busy. Good choice of food and nicely prepared. Location is really handy for getting the train into London as the station is across the road and Euston is a 25 minute ride away. When they finally refurbish the hotel it will be a great HI Express.

Ideally located by the railway station with easy access to London trains. The hotel is basic, but is clean quiet and comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Breakfast is the usual offering - cereal, cooked full English, pastries. Nothing amazing but wholly adequate. Friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Easy check-in.Disabled parking next to entrance. Comfortable bed.Main room light switch next to bed. Air con couldn’t be lowered below 18 c. Shower facility clean and functioning.Water pressure low and  no shower head variable settings. Wi fi shut down in the morning….caused a few problems Breakfast offering most satisfactory.Shame there were no fried eggs on offer.Quality of hot food acceptable.But not up to Premier Inn standard.Need better coffee beans for machine.OJ was over-diluted. Overall good value….would use again. Staff charming and helpful.

Very welcoming and comfortable environment. Nothing was to much for the staff and all where very helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic especially as I'm gluten intolerance they had a selection of stuff to cater for me which I haven't experienced before so this was definitely a reason I would retyrn

Staff was so amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Room was clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect location for a couple days to London. Train station across from the hotel gets you to the centre of London in half an hour. Definitely will be booking here again.

酒店距離哈利波特影棚四公里左右，開車來回挺方便的，門口有西米德蘭線到倫敦euston ，也挺方便的。房間設施相對老舊，服務還可以，停車免費
