這個酒店沒有前台，是入住前在網上pre checkin填寫訊息以後，酒店給發大門密碼和房間號。坑爹的來了:酒店的pre checkin系統不知道怎麼回事，我換了無數設備都提交不了。發郵件詢問酒店，酒店説幫解決了，入住當天早八點給我發door code和room number 結果當天都到赫爾辛基市區了，酒店遲遲不給我發，我都走到酒店附近了還沒收到door code，連酒店大門就進不去，把人在寒風中急得。這裡表揚一下訂房網站客服酒店管家，向訂房網站反映後，客服主動幫我聯繫酒店，還承諾如果最後因酒店不發door code導致無法入住 可以給我全額退款，這一點訂房網站很棒，讓人安心。最後入住前兩個小時才給我發了door code，真的無語了，説話不算話。讓人焦慮地等了大半天。然後要注意這個酒店分為ab兩部分，前面靠接的是a，b部分要走到院子裡面。酒店是大眾化青年的感覺，一層有很多房間，有點像汽車旅館，算不上多高端，但是設施也都齊全，吹風機燒水壺咖啡茶包都給到位了，住一晚上沒啥問題。

lack of staff and initial room we were given had no ventilation and windows cannot be opened. have to make a call (where they stated charges applies) for a change in room. staff should check that ventilation and items are proper before assignment of rooms if it is supposed to be a contactless hotel. there is microwave though

I booked on the day of my stay and I didnt get my check in details til 5 minutes past the check in...The 5 minutes is not the issue but no update from 8am to 4pm about check in was a real pain and worry

飯店離車站走路大概10分鐘，附近有3間大型超市 房間舒適，沙發有點不乾淨，浴室是花灑🚿有點不習慣 走路去景點都很方便。
