Perushyvä hotelli ok paikalla. Oikein mukavat työntekijät respassa. Upeat näkymät yläkerrassa sijaitsevasta saunasta, mutta epäkäytännölliset tilat muutoin sauna/suihkuosastolla. Kengät piti jättää käytävälle, ellei halunnut sukkien kastuvan "pukuhuoneeseen" mennessä, ja kun kenkiä laittoi jalkaan olisi siinä hyvä olla jokin tuoli johon istua. Vain kolme suihkua tarjolla, joten piti jonottaa suihkuun päästäkseen. Lapsiperheiden suosima hotelli, joten uima-allas oli meteliä ja roiskeita täynnä. Samoin saunalla oli aina joku tulossa ovesta sisään hitaasti lapsikatraan kanssa, joten löylyt menivät ohi suun. Kiva että aamiaisella tarjoiltiin uunituoreita croissantteja pöytiin. Baarin tarjoilijalla oli omat vahvat mielipiteet siitä, mikä on hyvää olutta ja mikä ei. Olen ymmärtänyt että asiakaspalvelijan ensimmäinen oppi on se, että asiakas on aina oikeassa. Tuli sellainen tunne, että en tajua hyvästä oluesta mitään kun sanoin mistä pidän. Ei jäänyt kiva mieli siitä kohtaamisesta.

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

We had a great stay at hotel, It is nearly 1.2-1.5 km from main railway station in town, you can either walk or go by bus to reach the hotel. Google maps is the best thing for bus timings and all. The hotel rooms were very good, clean and has all the facilities we need. The breakfast was good and has lot of varieties including vegetarian options. You can either go to market by walk and if it is snowing it is better to take tram. You can take day pass for all public transport which will be cheaper as well as free you from hassle of buying tickets every-time. The city is beautiful and hotel was also beautiful and comfortable.

The staff are friendly, they allowed for a late check out for us. The location is good, walking distance to city centre and they sell tranportation cards too.
