麗笙藍標皇家酒店-薩斯 (Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Helsinki)

房型非常合理，乾淨簡潔，乾濕分離寫字枱在過道，有三個獨立空間。前台入住需要付款50歐按金。 地理位置好，周邊商業齊全，旁邊200米處就是康皮購物中心一個出口，超市購物就餐方便。姆明專賣店就在廣場小教堂旁邊。 步行到巖石教堂，頌歌圖書館，中央車站都不遠，十分鐘左右。

This is the first hotel we stayed at when we arrived in Helsinki. We love the breakfast, they have the freshest vegetables and wide spread of breads, dishes, salads to choose. The location was ok, a short walk away from malls and cafes. Room was excellent. Cosy and comfortable for two persons. Toilet is clean and good except for the tape beneath the shower door, sometimes water from the shower can leak out to under the basin. We hope that the separate between the wet and dry areas work properly. There is a sauna facility for guests to use at limited timings. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Room is very nice and modern. Staff is friendly. Nearby shopping mall and airport. Daily breakfast is good. Will stay again.

Nice rooms but too much hassle during the stay. Rooms should have work desks according to the website. Mine didn't have one. Had to switch rooms 2 times before they said they don't have any standard rooms with desks and they upgraded me to a business room. It took an hour until I was finally checked in. The room they gave me had a bad drain smell and they knew about it because the maintenence guy came without me complaining. The window was also stuck partly open so the construction noise bothered me until I realized and asked them to fix. On departure day, they charged my credit card with the full stay amount even though the reservation was prepaid (charge luckily didn't go through as my card limit was reached). On the upside, the hotel and rooms are nice in general and the staff was always friendly. I would still recommend this hotel as the chances of all of this reoccurring are quite low, though I can't give a positive review after my stay. The breakfast was solid, though the eggs were quite poor. The warm dishes in general were quite greasy too.
