同價位的酒店,在合肥應該是最差的一家。一,寫字樓跟酒店連在一起。進酒店電梯可以隨意上下樓層。二,酒店裡還有發涉黃的小傳單,像這種價位的酒店不應該有這種現像。三,前台的客服服務態度也很差,第一次問電梯在哪假裝沒聽見。很不好的一次住宿體驗。

看演唱會的,距離還可以,走路半個小時,附近在施工比較吵,裝修應該有些年頭了,有些設計不太合理,沒有穿衣鏡,洗手枱沒有垃圾桶,而且晚上會有人塞小卡片,房間倒是挺大的。

來合肥會首選的酒店,距離南站,客戶公司都不遠 唯一的問題是塞卡片的情況依然有,電梯不用刷卡,誰都可以上來,這塊如果管控更好一些就更好了 早餐豐富,還送了午餐,雖然沒吃到,但是這個營銷還是可以的

看演唱會定的酒店 離場館不遠 酒店內還有瑞幸咖啡 很方便 房間也很大!行李箱隨便放~適合我這種p人! 總而言之還是不錯的!並且早餐也不錯! 還放著汪蘇瀧的歌!!!循環播放!

位置其實不錯,徽園就在對面,可惜現在進行地鐵工程施工,相信建成後去市區更便利。少有提供早午餐,當然,衹是吃飽的標準,但也不錯呢。

I have lived in China for years and traveled to many provinces, but this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We stayed here for a wedding across the street, but check-in was a disaster. The two receptionists on duty at 6pm on June 26, 2025, were shockingly unprofessional. They ignored my friend and served Chinese guests who cut in line. They could not understand a simple Alipay deposit. Earlier, I had called to change my booking from a twin room to a single, and they agreed to handle it at check-in — but when I arrived, they refused and said they couldn’t do it. After 20 minutes of confusion, they finally gave us our rooms cards, then chased us down shouting about the payment even though it was still processing. Because of this, we were late to the wedding. The location is also terrible: surrounded by fences and barriers, and impossible to reach even nearby places in bad weather. We had to take a DiDi, which drove in circles and dropped us back at the hotel. Later, the front desk repeatedly called my room demanding passport details they had already photographed at check-in (specifically the passport page). They kept calling until we repeated the information again. There were no instant coffee packets in the room, the hallways smelled like sewage, and the overall staff attitude was rude and incompetent. For a hotel that calls itself “International,” the service was anything but. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The staff should be retrained in basic customer service, reading comprehension, and etiquette. This terrible experience ruined our 訂房網站 to Hefei, and I will never stay here again.

As a foreigner, I've lived in China for 9 years. I've travelled to many provinces and stayed in many hotels. I've also travelled to many countries. Without hyperbole, the Fang Lai International Hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I came to Hefei for a wedding and we had just arrived at the hotel, which is opposite the ceremony. We tried to check in, and the two women at the front desk exhibited the worst customer service I've received in China. They ignored me and served my friend. One woman would serve the Chinese guests who rudely pushed in line, while continuing to ignore me. We speak Chinese, however the woman were extremely ignorant to our requests and explanations. We spent 20 minutes attempting to check in. The lack of incompetency was astounding. The name of this hotel has the word "International" in it, however it is anything but. They wanted bonds/deposits and when we tried to pay with Alipay, they became confused. They thought it was an international payment method. Finally they gave us our room cards, and we went to the elevators. One woman chased us screaming about the Alipay payment which was still processing on his phone. We were late to the wedding. We tried to get a taxi to the building nearby which was hosting the ceremony, but due to rain and lack of access, we called a DiDi. The DiDi drove in a loop and we ended up back at the hotel, and he kicked us out. This iterates the low score I gave for location. There are barriers and fences everywhere around the hotel. After the wedding, we were in my friend's hotel room, and the woman at the front desk called asking for more details about our passports. They had the details already, since they took photographs of the passports. The women at the front hotel desk clearly have permanent cognitive impairments. They kept calling us until we simply gave them the information they needed. For an international, I would expect instant coffee packets at a minimum. But these did not exist. The hallways smell like faeces. I am extremely angry with the poor service we received. The two staff members at the check-in counter working at 6pm on 2025/06/26 should be strongly reprimanded, undergo basic training in reading comprehension, basic customer service skills, and basic etiquette. What was supposed to be an enjoyable time in Hefei was marred by the reprehensible customer service from the two staff members, who lacked even basic skills in communication and comprehension. I plan never to return to Hefei because of the clearly xenophobic local people who lack anything resembling a civilised community I now understand why the people of Hangzhou view the people of Anhui with utter disdain.
