    I recently stayed in a double occupancy room, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. Firstly, the room amenities were severely lacking. Basic necessities such as complimentary tea bags, cups, and toiletries were missing. Despite multiple requests to the front desk and room service, we were directly refused, with staff insisting that such items were not included in the room. Furthermore, the towels provided were in poor condition, appearing unclean and very old. To make matters worse, there was no doormat in the bathroom, causing water to spread across the room after every use. Items that are typically standard in such establishments were either unavailable or of noticeably low quality, which added to our discomfort. The service was equally unsatisfactory. Responses to our concerns were delayed, and the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to resolve even basic issues. These shortcomings severely impacted the comfort and overall experience of our stay. Given the cost and the reputation of this property, I expected much higher standards. I urge the management to take this feedback seriously and implement improvements to ensure future guests receive the quality of service they deserve.

    Hotel is good but needs better maintenance of facilities, more efficient room service and front desk. One has to make request for things which should be done/ provided without asking

    hotel is a good one but the corridors are very dark due to which seems scary. AC was not working properly.

    Very nice clean and newly constructed property. Location is excellent on the matwari- korra road. Food is excellent and prices are reasonable.

    The only three problem with the hotel was that the food was not good ( high salt and too much spices and oil, the hotel stands right y on the road side so parking for private vehicle was a big issue and last but not the least, while getting up into the hotel there was no ramp to move up a wheel chair. Any guest with fractured leg or has an issue climbing the steps will have immense problem reaching the reception.

    Extremely welcoming. Didn't expect such a good room and tasty breakfast. The staff went beyond their official capacity to entertain certain requests. Will book a k international again when i visit hazaribagh

    The quality of service is getting deteriorated. The quality of food is satisfactory. Total hygiene in the hotel needs augmentation. Overall quality is average.
