As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport. Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in. The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.

The toilet is dirty. I asked for another room which is okay. But very bad impression on the cleanliness standard. Receptionist didn’t ask further n changed me to another room. There’s no follow up and checking if the replacement is okay or not. location is close to my office but this is a bad experience.

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.
