世界中を旅して一番最悪なホテルでした。年末なので保管ホテルが満室だったのでこのホテルに宿泊しました。 予約の確認が撮れず時間待たされて、つぶれたホテルを買い取って改修中であったので浴室の窓が壊れていて蚊の大群に襲われたので部屋がないと斷られた。 またトイレットペーパーがないのでフロントに行くと當ホテルではトイレットペーパーがの提供はないといわれた。

very good hotel ,Big Room , Location is just near to beach and Staff is very good . Havelock is best in all islands.Hotel Royal Villa is great to stay Great hotel to stay.location just near the beach.Food was good in qty and taste.Owner lady is very good.over all enjoy very much.Great holidays stay . thanks Make my 訂房網站 and Royal Villa beach Resort.

hotel is very good .rooms sizes big and very neat and clean . Location is just near to Kala pathar beach road .Hotel owner lady is very polite and helping every time .nice stay

My experience during my stay in royal villa havelock was terrible. Initially i was denied check in and after much complaining and wait i was given an extremely dirty and below standard room completely different from what i had booked. I got into another room. New room was also unclean and and no hotel staff was available to tend to our requests. Room had no running water and frequent power supply cuts. Overall i had a very bad experience

royal villa resort is good in terms of location and size of rooms etc. but it's terrible management. it is absolutely worst it is the most defamed property in the local area and every one make fun of it. i am told by locals that due to this poor reputation

Room was comfortable pressure of water in bathroom was very less no tv because recharge was not done even after request. No sealed drinking water supply. Etc

There is no drinking water facility, no dustbin in the room, unhygienic, staff’s behaviour is very rude, very bad service, intercom phone not functioning. Resort has charged premium rate but provided very bad service.
