Well maintained and friendly staffs. Outside garden was great and near to vijaynagar beach and kalapatar beach.

This is a budget resort... having six room with balcony. As compared to the others in Havelock, it is budget friendly. They are having six room only, so they do not have much staff. I have stayed here for 2 nights. My all basic needs were fulfilled by the staff. I recommended this resort to all those who are in budget constraint

Good ambience manager was very good and supportive. Foods are little bit costly. Location is very good and near to vijay nagar beach. Had a good stay.

Location of property is too far from the main city, plus point is only sitapur beach which is located 600 meter from the resort, food quality is average for me and bad for my wife.
