I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and the whole hotel smelled so nice from the moment I walked in. The staff looked great and provided excellent service. The Wi-Fi was super fast, and I loved that I could order food straight to my room with the room service. The room also had an iron, which was very convenient. There are vending machines for convenience, and even a Tao Bin machine where you can order drinks inside the hotel. The location is also very good close to convenience stores and not far from Central, which made everything easy. The hotel also offers a morning call service and can help call public transport, which was really helpful. One of my favorite parts was the library room quiet and cozy, perfect for reading and relaxing. In the room provides free drinking water every day, complimentary snacks, and amenities that made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I was really impressed. I’ll definitely come back next time!

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

I like the clean and tidy room. The location is a bit far from city. Nonetheless it is worthwhile to stay. Suggest the hotel can own cafeteria or have a coffee maker at lobby. At least can cater some drinks choice for hotel guests.

入住合艾素巴南酒店很驚喜！酒店雖不算豪華，但設施維護得很好，空調製冷給力，熱水充足，WiFi信號穩定。部分房間帶小陽台，傍晚坐在那吹吹風很舒服。周邊有不少本地小餐館，能吃到正宗的南部泰式料理，價格親民。前台有會簡單中文的員工，溝通沒障礙，還推薦了小眾景點，體驗感很棒，適合預算適中的旅行者。

I would recommend this hotel because its spacious room, clean, balcony and have hair dryer. They also have laundry area at the ground floor. This hotel has spacious parking area with security. Very convenient location, near to 7-eleven, central festival hatyai mall, otteri laundry, bar, night life.

Stayed at SUBANAN Hotel in Hatyai and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Great value for the price, and the location is convenient too. However, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, which made it less comfortable for sleeping. Still, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a neat and affordable stay.

Hotel located at prime location, nearby have laundry shop , delicious restaurant and 7-11. Room very spacious and clean , staff very friendly and helpful. Just try to avoid choose the room nearby the factory , morning can listen the noise. But overall still quite satisfied.

Love the experience here, the staff all are super friendly and the environment here wish you can stay longer. It’s peaceful and perfect getaways for couples. I highly recommend this stay. Be sure to join the hotel activity, it’s worth every baht you spend it. Definitely will be coming back again soon
