暹羅東方飯店(Siam Oriental Hotel)是合艾新開的飯店之一，於2016-01-01正式運營。飯店地理位置優越，駕車至合艾國際機場僅需12km 。旅客們會發現Magic Eye 3D Museum、Mae Prachak Muang Ru Catholic Church和Thai Odyssey距離飯店都不遠。飯店佔盡地理之宜，Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Natural History Museum、FitLab X Hat Yai和合艾越寺離此都很近。

環境優美，客戶服務良好非常強烈，強力推薦了一間酒店。客服友善親切。酒店房間乾淨利落又有沖涼盆。住在高處又能看到它的環境，四周環境優美。

房間老舊，很多灰塵， 住了好多年酒店第一次要求多一件被單給小孩用都要付費真是罕見，一天200泰銖被套錢 一共花了800泰銖。真是差勁的酒店，打車也頂麻煩的不太方便需要走出大馬路才能打車TUKTUK , 以後不會再住！

As I expected with this hotel because of the expensive price in Hatyai so, when I drove the car arrived to the hotel no body told me about the parking even bellman not welcome us till I carried my bags to lobby. After I reached to room so, I was stunning because the shower room was a bit dirty and should be maintenance immediately. No shower gel in a bottle of a shower gel but it was a fresh water but I feel luckily that I bought a shower gel from outside before checked in because I had a lot of very bad experience about the hotel in Hatyai city. Ps.... If their room not ready to stay should be "block OO" no sell to clients.

bilik ok,luas..cuma tak friendly untuk sesiapa nak bawak warga emas..paip sinki x leh nak drain..aircond panas...technician datang pun dia ckp nnt sejuk...sampai kesudh x sejuk... tpi bilik dia besar tilam pun selesa..cuma beberapa part x berapa ok.... pro -dekat central festival,asean night market,greenway -parking luar byk juga...bawah tanah sikit...tpi park luar kena cpt..lambat penuh -bilik luas cons -swimming pool x dak -gym x dak -aircond panas. -sinki bilik air xeh drain

Hotel suitable for family (with 4 kids) staycation. Can request extra bed for 300B per night. Hotel clean,staff very friendly, hotel near ASEAN NIGHT BAZAAR. can walk around 10min. Ok la, not to far. Can use tuk tuk. Also near to lee garden night market.. recommended

This hotel need to provide iron and board for all room. Or if hotel out of budjet, hotel also can Provide iron for all level Room.. there is no iron provided at all in this hotel. 😭 location strategic. Parking park good.

I stayed with 2 of my friends. The room is spacious and clean. Bathroom needs improvement. Water leaking everywhere when we take shower. Other than that everything is good. We were impressed on the breakfast spread and the great service. The check-in staff were great too. We enjoyed our stay in Hat Yai and the stay in this hotel made it a great one!
