The reception is not friendly at all. he was arguing with me about room i book. i book for 3 room, he keep mentioning that i book 2 room. arguing and nearly shouting. he ask me to see in his computer system to verify that i didn't book three room. i found the name of 3 person for 3 room then only he stop arguing. earlier he makes face and keep told me to call to the 訂房網站.com and at one time I was sitting at the lobby with my nephew (3year old) and laughing with him for his action, suddenly one of the staff who at the lobby making the shut sign to me. I was so shocked because I realize that i'm not in Library. I quickly make move as they behaving very rude to customer.
