Old property… big room. Don’t book royal suite if you sleep alone…too big and empty space with small bench. Can’t say it a suite.. just empty room with attached bedroom.. Damage floor and worm out toilet door. Charging extra 50 baht for extra pillow which is ridiculous. Plus point is good location got 7 eleven, beer shop, good food, quiet place away from tourist crowds like Lee Garden area which 750 meter away..

We stayed in a suite but it was totally not worthy of the price paid. Suite comes with a living room with only a sofa and nothing else. The wall previously has a tv setup but now taken off. The suite comes with no basic amenities, no toothpaste and tooth brush. The floor cracked, dangerous as it can hurt the feet. Walking distance of 10 mins to night market.

During our stay, housekeeping unexpectedly claimed our bedsheet was dirty and charged us. The sheet was already stained upon check-in, we discovered late at night and we already tired and just ignore the stained. Despite discussing it politely, the staff was rude, threatening to involve the police if we refused to pay. We were charged THB1200 for a bedsheet that appeared over 10 years old. Unfortunate experience with poor management—be cautious, inspect upon check-in, and consider documenting with a video
