This hotel is conviniently located near the town center and within walking distance from a few good restaurant and hawker foods. The room looks dated but clean, unfortunately the shower system is faulty, bathroom sink is stuck, room safe is locked and the door sensor ran out of battery. Will try other hotels for my future 訂房網站

已預訂酒店後不幸遇上水災，原本是不可取消的訂單，衹好嘗試聯繫酒店客服協助處理。但無論是 Facebook、電子郵件還是電話，都始終無法取得聯繫，令人相當無助與失望。希望酒店能加強客服溝通與應變機製，在突發狀況時給予客人基本回應與協助。

首先我想説，這酒店不給取消，不給換日期（加錢也不給），其二由於水災剛過一個星期，考慮到很多店面都不會開，確實去到那邊90%的店面關閉和在裝修，景點也不多，再來去到酒店，酒店安排不是給我下定的 BP GRAND TOWER，而是對面的 BP GRAND SUITE，相對這家的設施就比較殘舊，衞生間天花板都生黴了味道很重，換了房間還是一樣。 相比以前都有住過幾次了，可能以後不會再訂這家了，很不愉快的入住經驗。

Sorry i have to review but the room is dirty upon check in, the hotel is run down & smell moldy. The housekeeping keep saying oh I'm so tired etc. That's not professional! Location wise right at the smack of centre which is good. But to visit again, probably not.

We stayed at the hotel for a second night due to its superb location. There were many famous eateries just around the corner like pork rice, fried Mee and beef noodle.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the location is good near Lee Garden, massage, and many eateries nearby. There is a big 7eleven in front of the hotel. The hotel also has parking based on a first come first serve basis. That day the parking was full and the security guided us to park at the sister hotel behind.

เป็นโรงแรมที่มีความสะอาดมากแม้จะมีอายุนานแล้ว อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบครัน ที่ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ติดกับร้านข้าวต้มนายยาวและเดินไม่ไกลเพียงแค่ 2-3 ช่วงตึกก็จะถึงถนนคนเดินแถวลีการ์เด้นหรือห้างโอเดียน สามารถเดินชมเมืองกลางคืนได้โดยสะดวก มีสระว่ายน้ำ สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ ที่สะอาดน่าเล่น (ไม่มีสระเด็ก) ราคาค่าที่พักไม่แพงมาก (ปานกลาง)
