Overall the hotel is quite decent and with alot of parking bays available. Located slightly outskirt but is alright if you are driving. Many amenities in short driving distance. Breakfast is with various options. Hotel room is spacious.

乾淨度五星是值得的 真的一塵不染 服務也是 工作人員有幫忙拿行李 停車位超級多 還有保安顧的 早餐是自助式 簡單又好吃 口味清淡 衹是燈光很暗 可以的話希望可以更換燈 可以吸引更多馬來西亞顧客

Location very nice ,room was clean but furniture in room have to maintenance or change,nice view but night time noise with music over midnight, swimming pool dirty chair was dusty, restaurant for breakfast need to add variety of American breakfast such as bacan ,ham , danis, croissant.staff at reception and bellboy was excellent.

The hotel is okay and clean. However, it is quite noisy at night due to events being held there. After the events end, a nearby restaurant plays live music. For people who are sensitive to noise while sleeping, I would not recommend this hotel. Additionally, on the last day when I checked out, I found that my car had been hit by someone while it was parked in the hotel’s parking area. As of now, I have not received any updates from the hotel, which is very disappointing.

If you wants to escape from the chaos in the city center, this hotel is the best choice. It not that far downtown but just it not walkable. So it quite peaceful. The hotel looks news, clean and the room kinda spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast line is worth with price. Only the bed a bit hard but overall still recommend this hotel.

We have not heard of any hotel need to pay 50 bath for extra pillows. Furthermore, our room faced electricity interruptions for 3 times during our 2 nights stay. After that, the plugs are not functioning after the final interruption.

Breakfast is great and surroundings doesn't have much in the morning. There are some shops nearby for dinner. Will have to drive out as it located 5min away from central hatyai. However you can easily grab food.
